Having come from a background in hotel management, I may be overly critical but here we go. |I booked this hotel as I wanted a peaceful stay away from the tourist area after a hectic 2 weeks.|On the positive side staff are very friendly. The room was spacious and clean except for the bathroom where there was stains in the sink and the shower.|Unfortunately I stayed over the weekend and had to put up with screaming kids in the pool most of the day time.|The breakfast on Sunday was a buffet, and even though I am vegan there were choices available. However, on the Monday morning, there was no buffet breakfast, rather only ala-carte which had no vegan option and the portion size was tiny.|I was allocated an interconnecting room, even though the hotel was 50%, there were guests in the room next door and I could hear every noise. Read moreWe've spent 4 nights in this hotel. The check-in was quick at 2:30 AM. Our plane was late and we were exhausted after traveling for 26 hours. The young employee was very efficient and fast. The room is big. The A/C works very well. The bed king size is very comfortable. On the negative side, the room needs some TLC. The furniture is not in good shape and the sink is stained. The shower is excellent with good hot water. The breakfast is Indonesian and changes every day, you have eggs on the side, that they prepare to order. Twice we had dinner outside close to the swimming pool. The food is correct. The menu is short and the service good. All the staff is nice and ready to help. We're coming back for the last night before going back home. I will...

I live in this hotel with a large family (31 people) and a 14 meter bus can reach and park at this hotel easily. Absolutely...
