Kopi satu denpasar — Restaurant in Denpasar Timur

So, my friends and I decided to visit a coffee shop, and as soon as we entered Kopi Satu, we immediately felt the atmosphere. The place was full of local aesthetes, serious people working on their laptops, while the walls were adorned with old-school photographs and various details from the past.

But when it came to the staff, it was unclear who didn't understand whom - us or them. We asked for another nasi goreng, and they took an eternity to bring it, even expecting the meat to be fried, although the dish was meatless. It was also surprising that they didn't know what a Long Black was, and they asked me twice as if I had posed a riddle to them.

However, the interiors were just magnificent; you could get lost examining all the vintage details and scenes on the walls. And there were plenty of rooms to choose from - an indoor one with air conditioning or sitting outside, enjoying the world.

In general, our impressions were mixed. Maybe next time we'll try to explain ourselves in Indonesian - maybe it'll be easier to understand each...

the food was good!! really good! the coffee also so good!! i order the one with butterscotch,tempeh and spaghetti. i really loves the atmosphere especially for introvert like me. there’s not much people come and the ambience is good. but sadly there’s a lot of mold in the ceilings 😭 spiderwebs near my table above my head, and the electricity is not very good. i was there for 3 hours, i thought my phone is broken because i try to charge it but its barely getting more battery percentage and i try charging again in my home my phone is okay. im very concerned about the wall and ceiling situation. ah also the toilet is not okay, the mirror is pretty but so dirty 😭😭 im very sad bcs the food and coffee...

It was my first time came to Kopi Satu and small number of customer at my visiting time therefor I felt more comfortable when had talk with my friend.

For people with WFH or WFC (cafe) lifestyle, this coffee shop is one of recommended place to visit to as they provide wifi and electricity for each table. Also you can choose big table if you come in with a group of people.
