Casa Uno — Hotel in Depok

I'm hosting my friend's family at that time in Casa Uno. We've book the room since June via Traveloka. Several hours before her parents come, we check the room and the receptionist said, "We don't have your order today bla bla." We fight some arguments and the point was we disappointed. The receptionist said there are always problem between the management and Traveloka.It's not our bussiness to know that. The things we know that are we make a booking deal through the procedure. And they ask us to put more money if we want the room that day. They also said the room is bigger that the room that we've booked. Actually we don't need bigger room, all we need is the same room like we've book before and the room itself. Because we dont have any choice, we finally paid the additional money. Man, it's about 3 hours before her parents come. How come they didn't make a double check for every booking with their partner (in this case Traveloka). I hope it's not happend...

the place is clean, nice, cozy, quite, and cold, no need ac. the owner is very nice and helpful. thank you so much for your kind and the hospitality, hope to visit there again...

Betapa buruknya kenyamanan di Casa uno residence . Saya pernah kost di situ . Awalnya sudah deal dengan harga namun tiba tiba si penjaga kostnya baru ingat bahwa mau ada banyak tamu seminggu kedepan .
