II BUNGALOW GILI MENO — Hotel in Gili Meno

Abandoned hotel. The rooms do not match the photos. We arrived to check in, they put us up in some abandoned place, where everything is dirty, rusty, the bed linen is all stained, it is obvious that the hotel is abandoned, and they just put a bed in the room and started renting it out. The staff is not even aware of their reservation. They wrote off the payment from my cards when booking a room, but the hotel was so disgusting that we did not stay there. I told this employee about this and explained that everything looks different in the photo. She did not answer. They did not return my money. They do not answer my messages. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! This is a complete horror! They put us up in an abandoned place!!! I DO NOT...

One of the worst place I stayed of my 3 month trip of Indonesia. Bungalovs looks fine from outside but all full of big cockroaches. Ovner is greedy for money. He also own ship company and makes trips for snochling. We paid him full price for trip and it was half!!! He sad: "You are only two. We will finish now." He does care we PAID FULL PRICE!!!

If you go Gili Meno, definitley use other company!

Good: clean linen, towels and breakfast Bad: soo dirty looks like they only ever change the bedding when they ‘clean’ the room. Bathroom had holes in the ceiling and dirt had fallen through and not been cleaned up. Also letting many forms of wildlife in! Shower plug hole was filthy. I think some of the reviews are for the newly constructed block.., but we were in the old part. One night...
