Rust warung — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

Horrible experience went there on two separate occasions the first time myself & my girlfriend went there we waited for 20mins before the guy took our order, I asked for no sauce on my burger the guy understood perfectly waited over 30 mins for the food(we were the only customers) only to have it layered with sauce. I would of sent it back but i didn't want to wait another 30mins again. We eat as quick as we could and got out of there. The second time we only stoppst for something to drink. The waiter came over and took my girlfriends order & as soon as he had it written down he walked away to get her drink. Literally ignored me & didn't take my order. He didn't even wait long enough to see if we even wanted food. Terrible food & service the only thing it has going for it is the cheap prices & the nice view but other then that id...

AWFULL WARUNG AND STAFF!!!Waited 10mn for the menu and waited another 10mn for him to come back after me getting his attention, ordered food which was very average, then asked for menu again waited another 10mn and ordered chocolat pancake which was not real chocolate very bland like a watery sauce...I would give 0 star for the services and the staff were not friendly at all and to finish this beautiful experience when the bill came they tried to rip us off, thankfully I always check how much it will be because in Indonesia this is something really common so he came with a 121000 rupiah bill...the total should have been 132000 so I gave him 200000...he came back and say this is 138000 not 121000...he tried to make us pay 33000 for a nasi goreng vegetables...which was 30000 I said to him and came back with the right...

I haven't been to the restaurant but a couple of times I witnessed how unfriendly the staff were treating customers.

They also run a supermarket and within almost two month in Indonesia I never met so greedy and unfriendly locals before. I wonder why they don't have a sign "Just shut up and hand over the money for our overpriced goods and leave immediately" or "we are too rich to be friendly anymore".

I wanted to know the price for repellent and the staff was absolutely unfriendly. Also the lady at the counter hasn't heard about the words "hello, thank you, you are welcome" - but she knows all numbers in English verybwell as she wants you just to shut up, pay and leave.

It's better to buy things in the small shops where they are usually cheaper and people not just...
