Sunset House — Hotel in Gili Meno

Good and quite location with amazing sunsets almost every evening, freshly opened hotel (around 1.5 month ago), so it’s condition is really good. Super friendly, nice and polite personnel who really cares about you not because they want any money from you (like other local people in Bali), but because their hospitality as at extreme level! So, we had a really great time and really relaxed both physically and mentally from overpopulated Bali. Also, it’s just around 10 min by walking to famous underwater statues, where you can swim directly from the beach, so no need to rent a boat and pay extra money to get there. There is a good reef with different beautiful fishes and even turtles! Also, this hotel is one of the small amount of places where you can drink some cocktails) Good and clean beach in front of hotel, with some rocks, but with places to swim; take into account, that quite often in the morning and till midday there...

Sunset House was incredibly relaxing. It's quieter than the other-side and had the best sunsets. We booked a superior double sea view room for 2 nights and it was worth it.

Customer service was brilliant! The staff are friendly, knowledgable and accomodating. At 26 weeks pregnant, they went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. They can organise additional activities for you. They have snorkel gear available for rent at reception.

The food was decent and affordable. Breakfast commenced at 7am - and they were open all day to 10pm. They saw how tired we were on the first evening and offered to bring food to our room.

The location of the hotel is on the other-side of the harbour. It's about a 15 minute walk along the beach or 17 minutes through the back streets, although it's longer- it was flat and easier to walk.

Sunset House Gili Meno is a nice place to stay. The rooms and the inside look okay, but what really makes it special is the staff.

The staff is amazing! They always help with a big smile and make sure you have everything you need. They're friendly, kind, and make the visit really special.

The location is fantastic. From the south side of the island, you can easily head either west or east for exploring. But you might just find yourself wanting to stay right at the hotel.

And a special shout-out to the breakfast service, the service is top-notch. The team is attentive, prompt, and always ensures a great start to your day.

So if you're looking for a place where you'll be treated really well, this is it. It's like the staff is the heart of the hotel. Big thumbs up for them! Highly...
