I was staying in the room L203 for 4 days and 3 nights...from 31st Dec until January 3 2014...wrong choice for me......the hot water run out shortly...and the basin has no hot water....superior room ONLY for me eventhough I paid in US$dollars for US$150 all together....||||Had to take taxi to go anywhere.....I prefer to stay at Neo Hotel in Melawai...closed to Blok M Plaza if I can turned back the time...||||The Swimming pool water temperature is FREEZING COLD....I decided NOT to use the swimming pool....||||The Bathroom shower light was broken and the staff did NOT try to fix it, even though I told them it is broken.||||When I arrived here on 31st dec 2013, the Kabel TV was NOT working and also the WIFI...

My room was pretty small with a tv(& cable) & fridge but there wasn't really anywhere to put the suitcase & no where to hang clothes. Fine for a short stay though. I did see a larger room that had plenty of closet space but decided to change hotels because...||||The hotel location isn't walk-able. I like to be able to walk and explore. Here I ended up having to take a taxi somewhere or get delivery. Read moreIt is in outer of Jakarta and location is good. Hotel staff behaviour is also good. No problem if you are travelling alone. But there is almost no option of food available inside chic quarter. They have very limited menu like 15 items including tea coffee which make it difficult to stay. Although options are available for food delivery via apps orders. Hotel staff works till 9pm Max after that no body will be at reception and if you do not know local language than after 9pm it will be difficult for conversation. Just like if you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi. That after 9pm it will be resolved next...
