Wow wow, ini probably the best 2 star hotel yg pernah kukunjungin. The room is CLEAN! Bathroom is clean! I wasnt expecting too much but.. the shower is hot, which is seriously hot (plus point!) unlike other 2 star hotels like fave/amaris/etc which hot shower is only lukewarm. Yes, the room is small, but the interior is homey, the lighting really helps. TV channel has locals and few internationals. The bed is comfy, but i would suggest the owner to have proper washing cuz the sheets have musty smell.

The room service cleans it everyday, i left my purse, ipads, and other things there cuz i wasnt aware they would come without being requested, but everything was safe and still in safe when i came back.

Location is quite deep, reception is not always available, but i understand that.

This place is used by universty students, so there is microwave and small stove, this are is unexpectedly...

Saya memang tidak ada bukti pembayaran bulan februari, karena ketika saya mau bayar, reception pada saat itu bilang saya sudah bayar sampai Februari. Saya bukan tidak mau bayar, SAYA INGIN BAYAR. Pada saat itu menggunakan debit untuk pembayaran bulanan saya bukan melalui bank transfer. Bahkan saya juga double check untuk tanya apakah benar sudah di bayar samapai Februari dan team reception kalian di sistem sudah terbayarkan sampai Februari. DAN SEKARANG TIBA2 HARI INI SAYA DI INFO JIKA BELUM DI BAYAR DAN SUDAH TELAT 4 HARI? TENTU SAYA TELAT 4 HARI KARENA SAYA BERFIKIR SAYA SUDAH BAYAR SAMPAI BULAN FEBRUARI SETELAH SAYA TANYA KE TEAM KALIAN LEBIH DR 1 KALI. TENTU SAYA TELAT 4 HARI KARENA KALIAN BERANGGAPAN SAYA BAYAR. BEDA CERITA KALAU SAYA TIDAK MENGAKUI DAN MERASA YAKIN KALAU SUDAH BAYAR SAMPAI FEBRUARI TANPA SAYA DOUBLE CHECK KE TEAM KALIAN. DISINI SAYA SUDAH TANYA LEBIH DARI SEKALI DAN KALIAN JAWAB SUDAH BETUL BAYAR SAMPAI BULAN FEB SAYA SEKALI LAGI TEKANKAN, SAYA TANYA APAKAH BENAR SAYA SUDAH BAYAR SAMPE FEB, KALIAN MENJAWAB YA BENAR!

Saya tinggal di daun itu long stay bukan hanya setahun loh, sebelumnya saya setia dengan Daun Residence di kala banyak nya saingan Daun Residence di sekitar Jakarta. Tapi saya tetap setia memilih Daun Residence dr tahun 2018.

SAYA SANGAT KECEWA DENGAN DAUN RESIDENCE DAN SAYA TIDAK AKAN BALIK LAGI KE DAUN RESIDENCE SEUMUR HIDUP SAYA. BAHKAN KETIKA CHECK OUT TIDAK ADA PERMINTAAN MAAF SEDIKIT PUN BAIK DARI MANAGEMENT ATAU MANAGER SEKALIPUN. PENJELASAN SAYA DI WA PUN TIDAK DI GUBRIS. SANGAT MEMALUKAN! DEPOSIT SAYA TIDAK Dİ KEMBALIKAN KARENA HARUS MEMBAYAR KETERLAMBATAN MALAM KARENA KESALAHAN MEREKA.

SAYA TIDAK AKAN MEREKOMENDASIKAN DAUN RESIDENCE KEPADA SIAPAPUN...

Lived here for 2 years. Compared to other coliving/kost places within the same range in the area, Daun exceeds in living quality. building is clean and well maintained (never musty, humid, rarely dusty) room cleaning is thorough staff is great

Only downside is the size but with the massive floor to ceiling windows, it’s a great option if you value cleanliness & building condition vs...
