The staff went above and beyond, even accommodating a request to change the sheets a second time, which speaks volumes about their commitment to guest comfort. The one area ripe for improvement would be sound insulation between rooms. Without casting any judgments, let's just say I was inadvertently made aware of my neighbors having a particularly good time. A little more privacy in that regard would make an already pleasant stay just about perfect.

It looks like a pretty new building in a local neighborhood. Street is very narrow and has many food stores nearby. ||You can dine at the nearby mall called Setiabudi One and beside it is a nice supermarket and Maxx coffeeshop.||Staffs are friendly and helpful! ||Corridors have air freshener sprayers which automatically sprays and keep the whole building smelling good. The corridors are clean and pleasant.||Wifi is terrible! It is very fast but the signal is not strong especially in rooms at the last. So beware! Try to get a room in d middle of the building. ||Some molds in the shower room. Shower cap, tooth paste and tooth brush are provided. So as bath gels and shampoo. Towels need to be replaced! A bit worn out and not white color anymore||Beds are good enough and comfortable. Pillow cases and duvets need to be replaced as they are yellowish color already||Free drinking water in every floor and there is a nice kitchen on the second floor! Jakarta is a quick city. For the average backpacker, there's not a lot to do - and you get through it pretty quick. For the 6 day, 5 nights after my flight from Maldives, topaz residence was a perfect layover. Nothing special, but not shabby.||It's a large-scale clean hotel, bed are well-made and air-conditioned . The wifi is good, the bathrooms are clean , and somehow the rooftop view was so amazing you can see the beautiful city specially in the evening is my favorite place to stay while drinking my coffee. The staff was super nice specially DENNI he's very helpful, the lobby downstairs was calm and well-equipped.||Be forewarned - the prayer towers might wake you up.
