The Grand Mansion Menteng — Hotel in Jakarta

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Mansion Menteng; and I must say it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I knew I was in for a memorable stay.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming hotel GM Angelina ; and butler aka “ The Story Teller” , Mey who provided top-notch service throughout my entire stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this hotel apart.

The 2 bedroom suite ( Room 106) we stayed in was nothing short of breathtaking. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. Our comfortable king-sized bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the linens were of the highest quality. Each of rooms also featured unique artist’s murals which added an extra touch of elegance to our stay.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional breakfast dining experience in our room !!!. The menu offered a wide variety of delectable dishes prepared by talented chefs using the finest ingredients. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the attentive staff made sure that every dining experience was truly unforgettable. We had local Indonesian cuisine, and “ Enak Sekali!!!”

The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center was cozy but well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing the boys to maintain their workout routine even while we were on business discussion in the boardroom. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor pool ; providing the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a little retreat.

There is also nightly piano and singing performance ; this is a must-do!!!

What truly stood out during our stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. From the butlers who helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations to the housekeeping staff who went above and beyond to ensure my room was always tidy and well-stocked, every member of the team was dedicated to creating a memorable experience. Kudos to Angelina and team!

Luxury living at its best! This place is a true 5 star plus hotel. The staffs attentiveness and hospitality is the best from any international hotel we have ever stayed with. The room is always cleaned once in the morning and another in the late afternoon as offered. The breakfast is abundant, fresh, and very delicious, the kitchen is so clean and well stocked with cooking equipments and a great assortment of local teas and coffees. The number one reason we selected this hotel is how central it is located, in a safe area with comprehensive security, and that they also provide an in-room washer/dryer. We enjoyed this place so much and it’s definitely the one hotel we will return to when we come back to Jakarta. They also took us to the batik textile museum as a complimentary service, where we were driven in a private car and chaperoned throughout the whole excursion. It’s such a unique, memorable, and fun experience as we learned about the batik history and got to take home our own authentic wax batik designs. Last, the online butler WhatsApp service is truly a great way to let us and the hotel stuff communicate effectively.
