I got room #601 and overall i'm happy with the room condition 😊 despite there was unnoticed dirt on the shower floor when i am arrived, i cleaned it with strong hot water shower and swipe it with toilet paper, and it's done. Hot water works, toilet flush works, toilet paper always get refilled when asked, the plastic bag for garbage has to be asked to leave it as, the surface on basin and little corners below mirror could be cleaner by swiping with it wet cloth, bath towel was fresh, floor towel mat kinda yellow but it is okay. AC was cold, room floor was not sticky thank goodness, window to balcony all clean transparent without stain, balcony was clean. Linen was clean and fresh, bed felt was kinda old cos the support spring is rather loose/matted down, pillows were nice. The colorful interior decoration is like blast from 2000s, you might want to revamp hehehe.. but i can tell the main design is excellent. Bathroom with marble, the high ceiling, the room size, bed size, suitcase area are really a treat, a value for money. Especially when you get higher floor, the view is nice. You can see the airport, the planes are taking off or landing. The rooftop gives good open view, plus seeing GWK is so near. Their rooftop cafe needs revamp too, so that people can enjoy more aesthetic feel up there, cos the pool the view the frangipani the greenery area are all already so nice. The breakfast i was not too happy though. The only nice thing for me was their traditional food: sweet porridge, rice in banana leaves pack, and few fritters (ubi, banana, tempeh). However... I would recommend this hotel for those who want a value for money hotel around main street southern area, not too far to reach hospital down in jimbaran, near shopping center The Sidewalk, half way to Uluwatu to enjoy sunset and...

I stayed there with my baby for new year eve, the respond of the reservation quite long but it’s not too important tho, maybe because covid-18 so lack of staffs. But, when we arrive, the girl Tari help me and patience. She helped me to get the right room because before, the room they signed me was no view at all until I asked Tari to get me a room with sea view. |I was just thinking that if twin bed change become 1 bed, supposed to be the sheet also made into one, but what they did is they made the bed closer and open and spread one of the bed cover to made it like it cover the bed. |I dont know whether they didnt know how to made it properly or just lazy. Sorry but am not sorry. I also remember that I told them that i will move when the room ready cuz for me it wasnt ready. Why? Because it was moldy. I thought they will spray and make the room properly ready with cool aircond like the previous room i had. But they just called me in less than 5 minutes and said the room was ready. And when I came the smell was bad, moldy and dust... made me must open the window so the air circulation change. |Anyway so far me and my baby enjoy our short stay.... breakfast ok but need to check the refill and the staffs in the pool area...

We were not very pleased with several aspects of the hotel! We did not receive the room we had booked, as they said that the room type we had booked, was full. The room we then unwillingly got, was dirty, the bathroom smelt like urin and was covered in mould! After complaining, the very unfriendly staff basically just sprayed some air refreshment in the room, so the smell would be covered up. Our Air Con at one point just started leaking, creating a huge puddle in which my friend slipped and hurt himself badly, as the water wasn’t properly visible. The complementary breakfast was not great either, as it mainly covered Chinese or Indonesian Kitchen, and hardly any western food, as promised when we booked it. One of the only enjoyable aspects of the hotel was the rooftop pool, from which you had a magnificent view all over the island of Bali.
