ONE OF THEIR STAFF IS THE WORST STAFF EVER!

I ordered the food by Grabfood, and when the driver picked the food up, the staff told him that there were some price need to be adjusted (more expensive). So the driver called me to let the staff explained it.

I don’t really mind with the adjusted price, but what made me really disappointed was the staff’s attitude She didn’t apologize at all, She just directly said: “Halo, saya kasih tau yah Kak, kita itu ga ada partner sama Grab, jadi harga di Grab salah. Kita kalo mau benerin harga harus bikin kontrak lagi sama Grab, bla bla bla”

“Hello, let me tell you, we don’t have any partnership with Grab that’s why the price is different here. If we want to fix the price, we must make another contract with Grab, bla bla bla” with high-tone voice. Like i’m the wrong one to order by Grab

Which is literally unnecessary thing to be explained to the customer

Is it way too hard for her to kindly said “hi madam, sorry for the inconvenience, but the price need to be adjusted, ………”

I was so angry to her, and she become WAY MORE ANGRY than me, she even angrily talked back to me. What a rude staff.

Small Italian restaurant at bustling Jalan Uluwatu. Nicely decorated interior, yet only few tables, so sometimes no place available. Went here couple of times, pasta is ok, but portion is not big. Pizza is big, yet I'm not happy with it. I had the Diavola, the dough was nice with a "chewy" texture (I like it that way) but not enough salt. The sausage was ok yet not really spicy. Tomato sauce was totally bland. All in all edible but that's about it.

My friend had the Calzone (folded pizza). Mushrooms were out of the can. Same bland boring tomato sauce. For my taste way too much topping (should I say filling), which made it totally soggy. On both pizzas not a hint of any italian herbs, instead there was some dried parsley (!) on the Calzone.. come on guys!

The pizza could be really nice if they put a little bit more attention to the details.

If you are fine with the taste of Pizza Hut or alikes, put some chili sauce on top and you will be happy here, if you are looking for a real Italian style pizza, you might be...

Sorry to say it is a real scam : pizzas we have ordered directly moved to the bin , the paste was impossible to eat “ chewing gum”, ingredients ordered were very poor and almost not there ( anchovy , ham , etc….) we have texted them to get explanations, simply no answer ; conclusion : they just cheated on us at high price level , unacceptable; the only advice : leave it away !

To answer your remarks, we have tried to retrieve the paste to "save" what we could save from your pizzas but yes, we had to move these to the bin ( we are not lying as you are implying...) ; as i said , the few ingredients were really poor quality ; the "chewing-gum " paste was not due to delivery delay ; just to be clear, we have been living in Bali for several years and this is not the first time we have ordered pizzas and then what you delivered has nothing to do either with the "peak season excuse " which has not...
