For the price (12 euro room/night) to spend the night is OK. Ohthervise I think there are better places to stay in Kuta for the same price. 1. As someone wrote before, photos are from the good old times. The hotel is old, bathroom door is broken. 2. Bed sheets and towels are with stains. It was unpleasant to sleep because it wasn't only one or few stains, all the sheet looked dirty. Also swimming pool looked dirty, we didn't use it. 3. In the second day hot water disappeared. 4. We stayed at the silence day, so in the afternoon chichen, vegetables, everything except rice and noodles was sold out. I think it's a shame for the hotel to not prepare enough food for that kind of day when people can't go outside. 5. Superior rooms are in the first floor, they don't have window and place where to sit outside.

Loved this quiant little hotel stucked in residential alleys of Kuta, about 15 minute walk from Jerman Beach. Rooms are simple but have everything you need - a working AC, hot and cold showers, big closet and a comfortable big bed. Stayed here for 3 nights, one less star is because they don't clean the room unless you tell the reception to, but overall, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, no smell whatsoever, and very affordable. For less than 200k IDR, you even got a swimming pool! Definitely a bang for your buck! There is also a local store in front of the hotel where you can buy toiletries, snacks and water. #SupportLocalBusinesses Will recommend to couples and solo travellers who want to stay in Kuta and near the airport! :)

I recently stayed at Guyana Hotel for the second time, about five days ago. The price is quite affordable, making it a good option for those needing a transit stop. The location is convenient, close to the airport, Jerman Beach, and Park 23 Mall. The room was decent, with cold air conditioning, a tidy setup, a TV, and an Android dongle, which is great if you have premium OTT accounts like Netflix, Prime Video, or YouTube. There's a swimming pool, though it's not very large. One downside was that early in the morning, the room next to mine was under renovation, and the noise was quite disturbing. I initially planned to give it a 3-star rating, but I'll give it 4 stars for now.

I recently spent a week at this newly constructed, well-lit, and highly enjoyable accommodation. Despite not offering all of the facilities, my stay was perfect in every way. The swimming pool and common areas were spotlessly clean and peaceful, while the spacious and tidy room, along with the friendly and helpful staff, made for a truly pleasant stay.

Although there isn't much to do in the immediate area, you can easily find inexpensive meals at nearby warungs or take a stroll down the main road. Plus, the speedy internet connection and workspace in my room were extremely convenient.

While I would have appreciated additional lighting on the first floor during the evenings, my sleep was comfortable throughout my stay, though I suggest thicker pillows and a duvet for even more comfort. The bathroom was particularly stunning, with its expansive and beautiful design.

Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem of a place, and I am already looking forward to returning for...

Location is okay, in a side street little away from traffic noise. The room has a wardrobe cabinet, the bed is ok. Lighting is too dim. Only 2 downlihlghts and 2 beside table lights. TV, but nothing is in English to work it out, it's from a usb dongle just for Netflix and Amazon prime. The bathroom is quite large. Hot water comes after a few minutes. Overall it's clean. Price is reasonable. Staff not overly friendly. My reasons to give a low rating are, No windows in the ground floor rooms, door from the next room is next to the room side by side instead of opposite. Makes it very loud when someone enters late and slams the door. The main reason for the lower score is the very strong mouldy smell in the bedroom. I had the try keeping the door open and the reception gave me a fragrant spray, but did not change anything at all. I was glad to only stay for...
