Truly the worst Hilton Hotel. Not feel like 4 star at all! Disgrace for Hilton brand! Having a bad experience from the start. Upon check in, they have no concierge. No one to greet you, welcome you, help your luggage, nothing. I can't feel the hospitality at all. If you want to stay here just to catch the flight, then yes. 1 night is the most. but longer stay? It's really not suitable. Request room near the lift, they got me literally the farthest room available. My room was having 2 connecting door to the left and right. and the soundproofing was TERRIBLE! One night at 2AM, The room next door was so loud and wake me up. gotta call the front desk for asking them to quiet up. Another morning, other room watched the TV and the sound can be heard from my room. Another night, someone close the door and it's quite loud, during sleeping time when you really need it to be quiet, you can hear the person next door, steps walking through their room using the hotel slipper. The problem was not the other guest next door. The problem was truly the hotel! please fix your soundproofing!!!!! Truly sucks if you wished to get a peaceful sleep. Every room have defect, like my trashcan was broken and cannot open by stepping on it. the other room was having its phone broken, till i have to complaint using landline. it's sad for a Hilton brand not to maintain it's Quality! Housekeeping really need more training and be more careful on your job. One of my friend room was left with the jet shower being left on the toilet bowl. whether its accidental or whatever, it's rly not proper and a not a pleasant experence. awful! During my last day before check out 29 March 2024, their lift broken!! it stays on 1st floor and won't open at all. thought they fix it. around 30 mins later when i use the lift again, i was locked in the lift til i gotta press the emergency button for a while. IF YOUR LIFT IS BROKEN AND UNDERMAINTENANCE, PLEASE PUT A SIGN, SO GUEST WONT BE TRAPPED!! Wifi also very slow. Open standard apps or web is a torture till i need to use myown data. The electricity also down for few seconds and returned back to normal probably by genset. really Awful experience. Breakfast was okay, Standard breakfast. Fairfield breakfast was far better. Definitely not coming...

I was upgraded to a deluxe pool view room twice, and I was upgraded to a deluxe family room once. The Hilton Gold benefits I got were late check out (at 14:00) and free breakfast. The condition of the hotel can be said to be hectic, either because of the lack of workers or what. Basically, getting out of the car, pushing my own trolley, lifting my own suitcase. For two days, an employee came and helped me get to my room. For one day, I pushed my own trolley to my room. I left the trolley in the corridor.

The room is quite spacious. The contents are standard. 200x200 mattress, work chair, work desk, TV not too big but sufficient, smooth WiFi. The mattress is comfortable, soft, the pillows are also clean and fragrant, no problems. The AC is cool and steady. The room refrigerator also works well. It can be said to be a bit expensive because Bali has many cheap hotels and good rooms, but if it's the Hilton chain, it's guaranteed that everything is functional and comfortable. Mineral water is provided in 2 bottles with Sosro tea sachets and Nescafe coffee sachets.

The bathroom is spacious and not cramped, there is a closet, washbasin, shower with rain shower. Complete amenities including a shaving kit. Clean white towels are provided, 2 body towels, 2 hand towels. The shampoo soap uses PeterThomasRoth, I prefer this smell to Crabtree and Evelyn.

The facilities include a swimming pool, gym, laundry room. The gym is so spacious that it looks empty. The swimming pool is also spacious.

The breakfast tastes standard and can be enjoyed, only the variants in my opinion are very standard for the Hilton class.
