Fantastic Pre Flight Experience with Outstanding Service!

Stopping by Hard Rock Cafe at Bali International Airport was the perfect way to unwind before our flight! The staff were absolutely lovely attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience enjoyable. Their excellent customer service stood out immediately, adding a warm and welcoming vibe to our visit.

The food and drinks were delicious (as always with Hard Rock!), but what really made it special was how well taken care of we felt! We had a huge breakfast so just ordered fries and some Bintang (of course as in Bali :)the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right even though it wasn’t a huge order :) If you’re looking for a great atmosphere, tasty food, and top tier service before your flight, this is the spot. Highly recommend and thank you for such a pleasant send off...

We had a late 1.30 am flight back to Melbourne and my Husband found this awesome funky bar upstairs from your cafe. It was perfect to relax and have some cocktails and listening to music whilst overlooking some Planes leaving. Smokers are Welcome also which was fantastic You can also order something to eat too.

Our Waitress Sari was just Gorgeous, very welcoming and attentive 10/10 We were told this bar had only been open for 3 weeks ,well done Wishing you all the very best.
