Over priced, average service they make you pay 9.8% for. Ridiculous small servings of wine. They claim 150ml, but it's more like 100ml. Weren't willing to prove the pour, for aud 15.00 per glass... Aud 6.00 for toast, only given small portion of butter and jam, you are made to ask for everything to make the meal normal. This place used to be better, but is now overpriced rubbish. There are plenty of other options if you walk a bit further, having realised after we left. If there is 1 thing that upsets me, it's providing no value for money, or quality to justify the pricing.
UPDATE The restaurant replied trying to tell me I'm wrong. If the food is good but expensive ok, but if the food is poor but expensive, then its overpriced rubbish... I did not state a price increase had taken place, but rather that it was not worth the money. Making people ask for salt, tomato sauce, chili, soy sauce, butter, jam on expensive food is insulting.
There are reviews of this place before December 2023. Personally, looking at the reviews from others, many appear fake.
It is not my first time to bali...Nor my first trip to the airport. After leaving the restaurant, I saw many other options as heading towards the gate.
Hopefully my corrections make it clear for the restaurant, but i expect they will knit pick, rather than acknowledging their...
Read moreWell, well, well – what can I say about Sumi? Only that this waitress is nothing short of magnificent. My dining experience at Wolfgang Puck Kitchen + Bar was transformed from mere meal to masterclass in customer service. Sumi greeted us with the enthusiasm of someone who clearly lives for this job – and let me tell you, that’s rarer than you’d think these days.
Recommendations? Spot on. My taste buds? Tickled. She knows the menu inside out. It’s as if she wrote it herself. And I’ll tell you what, I wasn’t left sitting there with an empty glass. Oh no, Sumi has what I’d call a sixth sense for a thirsty customer. Just as I was thinking of topping myself up, there she was! Like a waitress ninja. Quiet, yet efficient.
And not only that, she’s got that perfect balance of friendly and professional. None of that overbearing “How’s everything tasting?” every five minutes. Oh no, Sumi has mastered the art of reading the room. I felt like a VIP, and not just because I was wearing my best shirt.
If you ever find yourself at Wolfgang Puck Kitchen + Bar, I cannot stress this enough: request Sumi. You won’t regret it. In fact, you’ll probably go home thinking, “How do I get Sumi to wait on me everywhere I go?”
So, five stars for Sumi. Six, if that...
Read moreI was pleasantly surprised to find a Wolfgang Puck Kitchen & Bar in Bali Airport, and I'm so glad I stopped by before my flight! As a fan of Wolfgang Puck's cuisine, I was excited to try some of his signature dishes in a unique airport setting.
The menu was impressive, with a range of options to suit every taste and dietary requirement. I opted for the famous Wolfgang Puck pizza, which was cooked to perfection and had a deliciously crispy crust. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the portion was generous.
The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were happy to make recommendations and ensure that I had everything I needed. The atmosphere was modern and sleek, with a stylish bar area and comfortable seating.
What really impressed me, though, was the quality of the food and drinks considering it's an airport restaurant. The prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to other airport eateries.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Wolfgang Puck Kitchen & Bar in Bali Airport to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient meal before their flight. It's a great way to start your journey, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind before taking off. 5 stars, and I'll...
