A Relaxing Stay at Hotel Restu Bali in Kuta
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Restu Bali in Kuta, and my experience was truly remarkable. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location, right in the heart of Kuta, made it incredibly convenient to explore the area's attractions.
The staff at Hotel Restu Bali went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the stunning view from my window. The hotel's attention to detail in room amenities and decor truly enhanced the overall experience.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu of local and international dishes, all prepared to perfection. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options.
Hotel Restu Bali also boasts impressive facilities, including a relaxing pool area where I spent some leisurely afternoons. The spa services were a rejuvenating treat, and I left feeling completely relaxed and pampered.
The proximity of the hotel to Kuta's famous beach and vibrant nightlife added to the overall allure. Whether I wanted to spend a day on the sand or explore the local shops and markets, everything was just a short walk or drive away.
In conclusion, Hotel Restu Bali provided an exceptional experience during my time in Kuta. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. I can't wait to return for another...
Read moreBe very very careful before booking this hotel. I already live in Bali & was wanting a change of hotel so I was looking online & saw the Restu Hotel on Legian Street, I looked at there website & there room prices direct with the hotel which was $25.00 a night including breakfast. So I decided to go to & have a look at the hotel directly which in this case was a very good idea. I went to the reception & spoke to a young boy who could hardly speak English or understand what I was saying luckily I had my Indonesian girlfriend with me, I asked about the room prices which I told him I saw on there website direct & asked if I could view the Deluxe room which I saw on there website I also told him I would like a long term stay 6 months which he struggled to understand but my girlfriend related that to him he said no problem for 6 months. Then I asked to view the Deluxe room which he showed me nothing like what it looks like on there website but still ok, so we went back to reception & I asked him how much the price was per night to my surprise he said $35.00 a night when I questioned him about the price that on there direct website it was $25.00 a night he said no the price direct with the hotel is $35.00 a night so I asked him can I speak to the hotel manager he said the person wasn't available. So be very very careful when booking this hotel there website says 1 price & when you go to the hotel in my case it was $10.00 a night more. So I walked 350 up Legian Street to the Legian Paradiso Hotel which was much nicer the reception staff were amazingly friendly spoke very good English very helpful showed me a Super Deluxe Garden View Room which was much nicer than the Restu hotel & the price was $32.00 a night including a buffet breakfast. So booked in to the Legian...
Read moreI booked a deluxe room at this 3 star hotel and was excited for my nice accommodations; they did not deliver. The grounds are beautiful and the location is great, but this is more of a 1 or 2 star hotel than a 3 star hotel. The staff is friendly (make sure to add the hotel on WhatsApp). The pools couldn’t be used at all when I stayed there because they were cloudy and not cleaned, which is a bummer because I planned to use them. The rooms are in need of deep cleaning and general maintenance. They also need cleaning protocols because my room had dirty cups and glasses in it when I arrived and the floor wasn’t even swept. I didn’t feel comfortable in the room and did my own cleaning when I was supposed to be on vacation. I generally have positive experiences at hotels because I get what I pay for. Overall, this hotel put a damper on my trip, and I am frustrated by that. I discussed all of this with the manager in detail, and they allowed me to upgrade my room to one that was still in bad condition but slightly cleaner, more spacious and with more furniture. I tried to work out a partial refund with the hotel because I didn't get what I paid for, but they only agreed to give me back $20 USD. :( Maybe the hostel section is better, but I can't recommend getting...
