Read moreOne of the worst dining experiences in my life, have lived in Bali for over a year and tried many Indian cuisine, when I walked into the restaurant no one even noticed me even though no one else was there. After sitting down and ordering my meal I asked the staff what the % of tax and service was because it didn’t mention on the menu just said there was a surcharge on top of the already expensive food which I was shocked at. I was told 5% which seemed fair judging by the price but later when paying the bill found out it was 3 times as much (15%)… The food was very low quality and tasted awful, never again will I eat Indian food in Bali or go to somewhere with no one inside, thought I would take the risk as it was close to home but learnt my lesson. Lastly, after paying the bill the staff asked me if I wanted my change which shocked me. The owners were present when I was finishing up and paying the bill. They didn’t even look at me or give and gesture just seemed annoyed I was asking for my change. Would give 0 stars if I could, go see...

Everyone who had the butter chicken got sick that night/the next day and there were a few hairs found in our dishes (gross). The restaurant was extremely quiet which set off alarm bells to me, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Everything looked clean and tidy, so I thought the food would be safe. About 5 hours after eating (same night) I was projectile vomiting, in the foetal position and on the toilet for about 3 days non-stop. It took over a week to recover fully. I couldn't even keep water down and everything that went it came straight out. I've never experienced food poisoning to this extent and I am certain it was the food, there was nothing else that could have caused it. My partner ate the same thing and was just as sick. The staff were lovely, but I wouldn't recommend coming here. Don't eat Indian food in Bali...
