Would give it 5 stars if not because of the last minute incident. The room was nice, the pool is ok. The owners were very welcoming and all. He helped with all the reservations. Until I asked them to book a ferry for us to go back to Bali. He charged 175k, which is 25k more expensive than the one I got from Bali. I was ok with it even though I could have just gone there and get the ticket myself. But he booked for me a cheap boat I think with no permission to shore. So they made us walk into the middle of the beach, 5 meters water high to get to a small canoe to go to the boat. I didn’t agree at first and called the owner but he said he had already paid for the ticket. We had 3 big luggages which we couldn’t carry, and they board it in a different shabby canoe flooded with water to bring the luggages to the boat. Payed with my creditcard directly at Booking. With checkout i had to pay again. Because we were in a hurry (catching a baot to sanur) and didnt had time to argue we payed up the full amount a second time.||||Managers argument is that you normally dont pay for the rooms at Booking.com||||Now Its my job to get my money back from Booking.com....||||Manager has to get his sht together and If i can prove i payed at Booking (Which i did) you should be the one making contact with Booking... not me. ||||I really hate this kind of situations and it is not how i expect to be treated as a customer. No one at the ‘reception’ when I arrived. I tried to call the numbers provided and no one answered. Walked around the place for 15 minutes before someone came out from the other side, the restaurant which is apparently the actual reception.

One day after breakfast one guy tried to tell me that I had to pay for breakfast. I had stayed there for 2 days already and breakfast was included in the price.
