The best place on Lembongan for sure! The staff were incredible from the start to the end. Manager looked after us well and went out of his way to make sure we were pleased. Requested rooms near the pool… we were right next to it. Yes the hike up the hill is steep and there 88 stairs I believe but it was great to get some exercise everyday to counter the copious amount of food and drink we were consuming. Our rooms were spacious and the beds were decent and King size. My sons single bed on the floor was great and all sheets were crisp and clean. Yes the bathroom had a tiny bit of mould but your in Bali!!! And there are natural openings for ‘vents.’ Be aware most tiled areas in Bali are slippery. My one year old really struggled. The restaurant food is average but the breakfast was amazing!!! As was the bruschetta, satay and juices! The satay was the stand out. We had it daily. Super juicy chicken and a great authentic non spicy peanut sauce. The breakfast was huge and included! We had fresh papaya juice or banana smoothie, fresh plate of fruit, western or Balinese style breakfast which was eggs poached, fried or scrambled with toast (white) and bacon, or Nasi goreng which was decent! Or pancakes!!! Good ones!!! And this is per person! Pools were a standout!!!! Amazing! And the layout chairs are great! At the bottom of the short steep walk is the most amazing little beach which will become a real selling point. Someone has spent a lot of money on developing the area. Some very expensive villas around the corner! Make sure you book with Captain Yin Yang (blue little Balinese boat) he was incredible and great with kids or partying. Snorkel king! @captainyin_yang Spring is just around the corner! The most incredible deluxe spa in Bali. And $85AUD FOR TWO HOURS OF PRIVATE OASIS. Thai Pantry is the best food we had and incredible sunset views! Expensive but worth it! Hire scooters from this hotel. 70,000 ($7AUD) for the 24 hours and my mum crashed and broke some plastic and they were really honest about the cost of fixing it. A lot of respect for this place. A lot of places with collect you on a free shuttle. Just WhatsApp them! Ohanas - Dreambeach club etc. otherwise you just ask the hotel to get a driver. $10 anywhere pretty much. Best massage on Lembongan is Mama Elsa and she will come to your room! We got her two days in a row for the three of us. Amazing! WhatsApp is +62 853-3765-1280 All in all an incredible stay and we will be back. Thank you!

We‘ve booked the Lembongan cliff villas for 4 nights and left after 2 nights. After the first night we asked for a different room, which we got. Unfortunately, the second room had the same problems as the first one. Therefore, we left after the second night. To start with the positive things: -The staff can speak good English for the most part and was always really helpful -The view from the bungalows is really pretty -The bungalows are located really good, nearby is a beach and a couple of restaurants -We rented a scooter for 70 k for one day, which worked good -The breakfast was good Now to the negative things and the reason why we shortened our stay: -The bungalows look terrible from the inside and clearly need to be renovated! The curtains and the moskito net have a lot of stains and mold on it, the bed and all furniture (which is not a lot) are really old and unstable. Now to the bathroom: There is mold everywhere and the bottom as well as the walls were really dirty and didn’t look clean. It smelled like chemicals and this smell didn’t go away even after we let the door stay open overnight. There are no windows or ventilators in the bathroom. The shower was completely calcified and only the hot water worked, which was too hot why we couldn’t shower. There is no boundary for the shower, therefore the water is everyway in the bathroom. Moreover, our toilet flushing did not work and it wasn’t repaired after we told the staff that it was broken. The sink was all dirty as well and the products like soap etc. were not changed for a while. I could go on like this for a while… -the wifi did not work -As soon as we told the head of the staff about the issues, he wasn’t really surprised and didn’t show any reaction. He called his boss and offered to change our room, which we thought would be a good idea. Unfortunately, the “new“ room was all the same. Because we couldn’t use any of the things we payed for (shower, toilet, bathroom, cabinet) we left after the second night. Luckily, we didn’t need to pay for the two more nights we had booked in advance. All in all, I can really not recommend staying in this accomodation! I don’t know where all the good reviews come from but maybe they have better rooms and we just didn’t stay in those. In my opinion the rooms cost way too much for what you get (we payed 40€/night) and there is a big lack of hygiene. There are much better accommodations on the island, better stay away from this one;)

Just telling the truths, this only star is for its cliff view and swimming pool, but the views and swimming pool is not better than other hotel in BALI. 可以上谷歌地图的国人,直接在应用内翻译应该就看得懂了,我只想给全世界更多的人知道这个酒店的情况而已。 Not being nit-picking, i am highly not recommend Asian people to stay here, they have obviously, overt differential treatment between white guests and asian gusets. I have heard of these bad feeback and online comments from few years ago, i thought it might improved now, but all end in disappointment, no any improve, no doubt. We are from China, our dinner didn't come after the white later-comers', even some of them have almost finished their meal. Breakfast time, a waiter was pulling up the sunshade blind, we asked with good manner and smile if he could put it down, because, it's 10am in the morning, the sun was burning and we felt dazzling from the sea surface. The waiter gave us a cluck of impatient in our backward ! and left only one sunshade blind down. When i was asking for renting motobike, chose and tested the bike, they showed impatient for all time. And, the younger guy who leaded me to the bike, gave me Rp80,000 for one day, but the hotel manager man told was Rp100,000 the other day before. Some staffs just muddle with their job while facing asian guests, and serve really nice to their white guests. It can't be a good hotel from only the differential treatment, no matter now or future, not to mention the room situations, dim light, holed mosquito net on top, flying bugs, leak bathtub, hot and cold not stable gas water heater, toilet flush broken once, salty water......and wild dogs will show up in suddent and follow you for food and sleep on your door carpet at night, sometimes even fight with other dogs for their territoty and food. There's no "Do not disturb" cardbord in room, male housekeeper open my room and do their cleaning even if i had locked our door, my girlfriend's private clothes which was hanging indoor hopefully dry by the AC have been moved !! Fully disappointment to this hotel, don't be cheated by the beautiful cliff views and photoshopped pictures.
