Belle Astina Villas — Hotel in Pulau Bali

When I first arrived at Belle Astina Villas, I was genuinely impressed — the space was beautiful and peaceful. Most notably, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and truly went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism were a clear highlight. Based on my initial experience, I even left a glowing review.

However, after spending more time here, my experience changed drastically. For more than a week, I was repeatedly woken up in the middle of the night by loud outdoor parties right next to my room — doors slamming, loud music, and noise around 3 AM. Every time this happened, I texted management directly. They always promised to do a better job enforcing the house rules, but unfortunately, the disturbances continued. That is unacceptable.

I specifically chose this villa — and paid a premium compared to other options — because I was assured it would be a quiet environment, which was essential for me as I work remotely. Sadly, this promise was not kept. Instead, I was forced to live with constant sleep disruptions, going to work every day on 3–4 hours of sleep.

I raised the issue multiple times and requested a refund for the nights where sleep was impossible, but my concerns were not properly addressed.

We were moved to this Villa after the one we booked needed major construction works. The communication was extremely poor and by the end of our stay non existent. Too many things to list but the major ones were - It was not cleaned when we checked in, the linen was dirty, the shower was putrid and dirty dishes and cutlery put away as though they had been cleaned. We woke the first morning to the vanity leaking and were told we had to wait for the maintenance team to arrive so that we could let them into the Villa. They were supposed to arrive between 9.30am & 10.00am. It was after 11.00am when they arrived which had ruined our plans for the day. I along with Wot If have tried numerous times to contact the property and their managing booking agency and they will not respond to either phone...

We recently spent 2 nights at Villa Belle Astina in Bali and had an amazing time with family. The villa was beautifully decorated and had stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the villa was immaculately clean and well-maintained. We loved the private pool and ricefield view, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The villa's location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, we highly recommend Villa Belle Astina to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Bali.
