Moon Villas Umalas — Hotel in Pulau Bali

The staff went beyond our expectations! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa!

A big thanks to the owners of this place for organising such a quiet and quality environment with great attention to the details. Everything from the first aromas to the last interaction with the concierge was so smooth and so nice, the villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area is the jam of it all! Very bright villa opposite to many others in Bali.

Few concerns I’ve had: Last morning of our stay someone was on our rooftop walking and smoking early in the morning right where the bedroom is located, so I woke up due to the noice and the smell! I can’t stand the smell of cigarettes, so for me it was unbearable I had to wake up and go to living room. Another concern was about the AC in bedroom. We never put it on in the bedroom but decided to do so last evening of our stay and as soon as I turned AC on, the smell of mold came in. Didn’t have time to let the staff know about it since it was late night, hopefully they check these reviews constantly and will resolve the issue in a timely manner.

The bedroom we’ve had was covered in mirrors. I mean, the walls are the mirrors, so from any angle you stare at yourself. It’s metaphorical and scary at the same time.

My 6th stay at moon villas and once again I can’t fault it. I’ve stayed in different rooms and all offer something special. The location is amazing- between Canggu & Seminyak. Plenty of restaurants & cafes close by. The staff are amazing and so kind. The room interiors are so tastefully designed, super comfortable bed & the softest towels. Great pool area with sunbeds & umbrellas. Truely a hidden oasis- you won’t be disappointed if you stay here. Thank you again Moon Villas for making my holiday so amazing, I can’t wait to...

What a beautiful oasis within the Umalas area. Between Canngu and Seminyak, if you are with a scooter there would be no problem getting around. The service is great. The pool area is out of an island dream with all the lush greenery and flowers. The villas are a comfortable size for a vacation stay. They have Netflix if you need a chill stay-in night.
