Sensatia - Subak Sari Canggu — Local services in Pulau Bali

I've been Coming to this store for over three years always spending over 1 mil up to 3 mil in products and the boy that works there was always nice and friendly and if someone buys me gifts I always ask for Sensatia but today after I received gift of over 1.5 juta I only wanted to exchange the fragrance because they changed it last year and I'm now allergic to the new smell ... in the past it was never a problem the product was purchased on Monday and today is Thursday everything original with receipt ... but today the girls there were very rude they said not possible and why should we exchange something you got for free !! And I had them call the store manager who said he didn't have time to speak to me I am shocked and disappointed and will never shop here again !! A sign should be posted that exchanges are not possible ...They made me so upset I even said the f word which I never do but they were so rigid and...

I love popping into Sensātia in Subak Sari for my monthly body and hand wash top up! My go tos are the Petal & Rind and Violet & Geranium hand washes, and I’m hooked on their Hydrating Body Wash too. Recently tried the Seaside Citrus Sea Salt Body Scrub and I’m obsessed it smells incredible and makes my skin feel amazing. The team are always so sweet, and Sekarini was especially lovely and helpful. Highly recommend...
