Premier Umalas Villas — Hotel in Pulau Bali

This is my third time staying at Premier Umalas and it never disappoints! The location is super strategic, the villa is beautifully designed and cleaned daily — everything is always in top condition.

What I love the most is that it’s pet-friendly! All the staff are so welcoming to my dog, which makes the stay even more special.

I was assisted by Liana during check-in — she was incredibly helpful and even arranged an early check-in for me after I had an issue with a previous Airbnb stay.

The entire staff team is amazing. I checked out with the help of Adre and Bella, and the process was super smooth.

Though there was a slight hiccup at registration, Bella-who was at the front desk did a fabulous job helping us sort everything out- she was so patient and wonderful! The villa was roomy, bright and the beds were comfortable- though could have been a bit more on the softer side. The pool was nice- but it was so humid we didn’t get to use it much. Would have been good to have at least one table with mirror in the bedroom for getting ready in private. Location was not bad- we appreciated the quieter neighborhood but it was right off a busy street- so we couldn’t walk anywhere much to explore. Close to major shopping areas and...

I recently stayed at Premier Umalas Villas in Bali, and I had a wonderful experience. The apartments are beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings and private pool made it feel like a true getaway.
