Salted Egg Baby Squid
Lightly sautéed baby squid with garlic, shallot, chilli padi, salted egg, curry leaves and butter. A very fragrant dish!
The Famous & Authentic Singaporean Chili Crab
A michelin plate! The legendary and iconic singaporean chili crab is singapore's world-famous national dish. In little singapore bali, chef bernard elevates this tender succulent crab dish with his top secret sambal resulting in satisfyingly rich flavour. A chilli crab dish won't be complete without its perfect pair—deep fried mantou to scoop the rich moreish gravy, highly recommend you to order them together!
Salted Egg Crab
A family favourite—the classic salted egg crab. Savoury, slightly spicy & crunchy crab coated in buttery and creamy salted egg yolk sauce.
Caramelized Crab
Perfectly balanced flavour of sweetness from crab meat and the savoury kick from the garlic, onion, shallot & fresh chilli. Stir fried with prawns and squid for extra oomph!
Black Pepper Crab
Yet another most popular singaporean cuisine you have probably heard of—deep fried hard-shell crabs with black pepper. Incredibly tasty and dangerously addictive!

Chef Bernard’s little Singapore restaurant is an absolute treasure. From the moment we sat down, we could tell this place was all about quality, care, and incredible flavor. The highlight of the meal was without a doubt the crab — both the pepper crab and chili crab were on another level. Perfectly cooked, generously portioned, and bursting with rich, authentic flavors. The pepper crab had this deep, aromatic spice that lingered beautifully, while the chili crab was tangy, bold, and absolutely addictive. Honestly, it was the best crab I’ve ever had in Indonesia, no question. But the surprises didn’t stop there. The seafood fried rice was extraordinary — perfectly seasoned, light but flavorful, and loaded with fresh seafood that gave it an amazing depth. It wasn’t just a side dish; it truly stood out on its own. Every bite showed the attention to detail that Chef Bernard puts into his food. What makes this place special is not just the food but also the warm, welcoming atmosphere. It feels like you’ve discovered a little slice of Singapore right here, and it’s clear the chef takes pride in bringing out the very best in every dish. We will definitely be back — not only because the food is unforgettable, but because it’s the kind of restaurant you want to keep coming back to, again and again. If you’re looking for world-class seafood in Indonesia, this is it. Chef Bernard has truly set a new standard.

We discovered Little Singapore thanks to a recommendation from the owner of Shrimpis in Bali, who suggested it as the place to go for crab. I reached out to Chef Bernard via WhatsApp, and he responded promptly, helping us book a table. To our delight, he even opened the restaurant just for us and our family on their usual day off—a gesture we truly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, Chef Bernard and his team welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home in their cozy little restaurant. We were seated right in front of the kitchen, where we could watch Chef Bernard work his magic. We ordered two crabs—one chili and one black pepper—and both were absolutely delicious, finger-licking good! The salted egg baby squid was outstanding, and the creamy garlic milk prawns were uniquely flavorful. It’s clear that Chef Bernard cooks with genuine passion and heart. After our meal, we enjoyed a wonderful conversation with Chef Bernard, exchanging stories and getting to know his humble and charming personality. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional quality of the food. This was, without a doubt, the best crab we’ve ever had. Little Singapore is a true gem—not to be missed! We sincerely hope to visit again soon.

If you’re looking for top-quality seafood with authentic Singapore flavors, Chef Bernard’s restaurant is a must-visit. The highlight of the menu is the Singapore Chili Crab – rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced between sweet, spicy, and savory. The sauce clings beautifully to every piece of crab, inviting you to mop it up with the accompanying mantou buns. Equally impressive is the Caramel Butter Crab, a creative twist that combines creamy butter with a subtle caramel sweetness. The result is a luxurious, melt-in-your-mouth experience that showcases Chef Bernard’s refined culinary technique and attention to detail. The quality of the seafood is exceptional, with every crab cooked to perfection – fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. Service is attentive, and the presentation reflects a fine-dining touch. Note: Prices are on the higher side, but well justified by the premium ingredients and the level of craftsmanship. If you appreciate high-end seafood dining, Chef Bernard’s restaurant delivers outstanding value for the quality offered. ⭐ Overall Rating: 4.7 / 5 – Premium, flavorful, and expertly executed crab dishes worth the splurge.
