Your front personnel receptions are always quick responses, they are keep moving while they are in duty, namely : Wawan, Adelene, Fandi, Donny and Marina.

And..Marina, should give her credits specially while she is only in single duty in these recent days while I've been staying for 2 weeks by now, she is so much helpful with smiley gestures, even likely out of her capacity, in coincidence meet me, forth and back, to 7th floor and soonest back to her receptions station. I astonish how she moves that quickest.

Your room boy : pak Slamet and pak Aris. They are as quick as requested.

And helpful breakfast team such : Wulan and Bayu.

Last but not the least your security guardmen namely : bpk Suswanto; bpk Muhammad; pak Ronny and pak Ferry are always in stand by, they are even excellent.

Lastly, I thank to Melisa your Cleaning Room service. she is in single working really hard, timeless, professionally.

Anyhow, your lobby needs a bit upgraded, of...

Worse hotel experience ever Start from the entrance for the car the sign in and out it's almost impossible to see...me. And the car in front of me were lost and we have to turn back.

And the parking was full..and the was no one to help us or no sign were to park

And check in time The receptionist moved so slow meanwhile many people are waiting to be checked in. Most stupid things was the were manager and one. Other receptionist doing nothing...until I complained than they started to checked me in... Why let so many people waiting for one slow receptionist? The worse thing we're the manager were there And doing nothing about it And the room was big disappoinment Shower and wash basin in in the the bed room For the cheaper price I got much better service and much better room in pop...

I stayed in this hotel on dec 2019 for 2 days. On day 2 water suddenly didn't comes out. When i called the reception, they said the water pump was under maintenance without any information when will it run again. So we cant took shower, can not even flush the toilet. It was a bad experience stayed in this hotel. Also the parking lot are not enough. We were directed to park our car in novotel 1 block away from this hotel as the security said the hotel are in the same management. We went there just to find out that there was no parking space. We were tired and it was already 22.00 , and when after we forced to park our car on the street near the hotel, we went to the room and find out there was no water. BAD SERVICE! And breakfast also didnt taste good. I want to give minus star if i can....
