LUVIDO Residence — Hotel in Semarang

I booked a Superior King Room (without breakfast) for a night via Trav3l0*4 application and spent IDR 225k. Please note that this accommodation does not accept the payment using credit card (cash, bank transfer, or mobile banking only). The location of this accommodation was near to Simpang Lime Semarang. The registration went smoothly. My request was fulfilled (non-smoking room, high floor, double bed). The room itself was quite small but the bathroom was not. I was not expect more compared to the price I spent. The bathroom was just OK. This room was equipped with AC and TV (smart TV, including digital and analog broadcast). Unfortunately, there was no window to the outside/street view (window view was only to the corridor). The amenities were not fully provided (no toothbrush and toothpaste, no slipper). I did not try the WIFI but from watching video a youtube video on TV, I could say the WIFI speed was not fast (some lag happen during watching the video). However, if you want to stay a night near Simpang Lima (not for staycation), this place should...

(MATRAI) Worst experience. Very very disappointed.!!!!!!!!!! Be careful, they had all non smoking rooms... . And if you do smoke even by mistakely, Be ready to pay the amount of 1.000.000 as fine. Or else they will threaten you by the name of police untill you pay them the money.....

They not even inform you to do not smoke.... . ..suddenly they will start acting while you check out..... So guys this hotel is Very bad choice. I strongly dis recommend...

Menginap di Luvido Residence bersama rombongan sebanyak 36 orang (17 kamar), memiliki pengalaman tersendiri.

Secara lokasi cukup strategis, karena tidak jauh dari Simpang Lima. Tapi waktu malam hari setelah seharian keliling wisata, kami agak kesulitan waktu mau kembali ke hotel (Luvido) apalagi buat seperti kami yang lebih banyak mengandalkan maps/waze... karena banyak portal/palang jalan yang ditutup. Dan pagi harinya (hari minggu) rombongan kami juga agak kesulitan untuk keluar, karena disepanjang jalan di depan hotel banyak orang berjualan. Kapasitas parkir sangat terbatas, perlu menjadi perhatian pihak Manajemen.

Kamar dengan rate segitu, cukup oke lah (tertolong dengan lokasi). Cuma sayang AC di kamar kami (type Family Room) kurang dingin, saya gak sempat tanya2 ke kamar lainnya karena harus mengurus rombongan. So far.. oke lah, karena tidak ada komplain dari teman2.

Pelayanannya baik, ramah dan helpfully, mungkin sesuai dg karakter dan budaya orang Jawa Tengah pada umumnya. Koordinasinya juga baik, pertahankan ya...

Overall cukup baik, good job 👍 Sekedar masukan, sebaiknya kepada para tamu dijelaskan/disampaikan tentang kondisi jalan ke hotel saat malam hari apabila portal/palang sudah di tutup berikut rute alternatifnya. Bisa juga diberikan gambar denah rute alternatif...
