The Carpenters Steak & Pepper Rice Erlangga — Restaurant in Semarang

Steak , great Service , okay , nothing special Place , can be improved.....

So , the food is pretty much steak or rice bowl , there are some other menus but it is a specialist in the steak , with rather pretty cheap price compared with similar steak quality it is delicious. So far not disappointed except maybe some miss in near the bone area of a tomahawk was too raw in some spot. Yes it is a hard steak to cook around the bone , understandable.

Service is neutral , not too much to say , waiters gave you paper and you write what you want to order , and give them back after. You wait and food served.

For the place , i am uncomfortable because the area air is not well circulated and non air conditioned. The grilling part is outside and the eating area is inside , but the area is open space so hot air can still enter the eating area.

Compared with the same carpenter steak branch , taste is better but place is worse. Would uncomfortably come again everytime I...

2nd time coming here, I must say my 1st experience last time was better.

Went ahead to try their prime steak, Australian Ribeye. It was just okay, loads of tendon, not to my liking. Sourdough bread pretty good. But all in all, the quality does not justify the price offered.

French fries very good though, restaurant quality 👌🏻

Would I return again? Perhaps. Just not the prime steak, prolly just gonna go for their...

Makanannya enaakk, dan gabisa nolak promo 🤭 Waktu itu dpt promo pembelian minimum 150k bisa tebus murah nasi saikoro cm 10k ajaa.. Steaknya oke, sesuai dengan request kematangan; saladnya masih lumayan fresh (saya pelanggan terakhir); sourdough nya cocokk banget sama mushroom sauce; dan saikoronya lumayan empuk, ga alot. Sayangnya daging yg disajikan kelihatannya kurang menarik secara pemotongannya yaahh. But overall I like it, yakin bakal balik lg ke sini kalo lg pengen makan steak ✨️💕

Mengenai pelayanan, ketika pemesanan menu, pelayannya sangat informatif dan humble (keren bgt kakk),, sementara ketika ditagih bill (berbeda pelayan) agak kurang sreg karena cara penyampaiannya yg ambigu. Better menyampaikannya begini, "Selamat malam kak, maaf mengganggu. Berhubung resto kami akan mendekati jam tutup operasional, mohon berkenan untuk melakukan pembayaran sekarang di kasir ya kak, terima kasih,"
