One of the best Halal ramen that I have ever taste, the tori paitan broth taste really good and it comes with big portion of noodles, I thought the noodles looks overcooked but when I try it, it's perfect. It's still chewy and bite-able wich is perfect for those who prefer their noodle not overcooked like me. The chicken meat also taste really good because you could taste the seasoning on each of every bite because thes the chicken was marinated before being cooked. (I guarantee you will feel full with 1 portion of this ramen which justified the 50k price tag)
The godzilla sushi also taste really good, it taste sweet and salty and it have a hint of fried shallot in it which is a good combination.
For the unagi sushi, it taste really good too because they provide a thick cut of the fish with a seasoned rice mix with japanese vinegar (unlike other Japanese restaurants who serve as thin slice of unagi and with a normal rice hehe).
They also have a great selection of mocktail (non-alcohol beverages/halal) I forgot the name of the drink that I order but it have a gold leaf and glitter in it. That drink taste really good, the combination of apple and cinnamon powder with a hint of sparkling water suit very well together, it also presented in a unique glass that resemblance sake cup beautifully, tje drink is perfect to reset your tongue before testing other sushi/food that you order
They also provide...
Read moreBeen wanting to try this place out ever since I came across it on Tiktok.
Whole ambience is well decorated.
Ordered an appetizer (let's go back to this later..) Cawan Mushi, Original Ramen Katsu, and Hana Sake.
Hana Sake was actually pretty good, thick slab of Salmon wrapped is used and ample of Ikura on top, decadent 👌🏻
Unfortunately the wasabi is a bit too weak. Would prefer a much stronger taste.
The Ramen however, broth wasn't to my liking, as it's a tad sweet for my taste. Although I mixed in lemon and shoyu, and it's better than before. The chicken katsu that comes with it is already drenched with soup, no longer crispy. Good but I much prefer it to be crunchy still resting on top, as opposed to it being soggy. Egg was overcooked as well.
After I'm done with the whole meal, thought they'd forgotten about my Cawan Mushi, so I asked for the bill.. Server informed me that the Cawan Mushi will be out shortly, as it takes more than 20mins to prepare. Mmmmmmmkay... First of all, it's an "appetizer" and as standard should be served before the main meal. And since I have done with both my main meals, I kindly asked the server to cancel the Cawan Mushi.
Would be great had the server informed me prior to ordering it as an appetizer.
Oh well, hope management could fix this. As other Jap resto are able to provide Cawan Mushi first before the main...
