If I could give 10 stars for the service, I really would.

This is my third visit to Hotel Radja and they never fell short of my expectations. The rooms were clean and impeccable. The food variety at breakfast was great too. They always taste good. They respond to requests quickly. The location is great because it's not on a busy street but there's a lot of beautiful cafes surrounding it. It's close by everywhere too (at least to the places I need to be). But I would like to highlight their Front Office staff here.

I had to bring a LOT of luggage due to taking care of a few things in Semarang, and had to go back and forth to a few places bringing along my elderly mother and aunt with me. I had to hassle the hotel staff with my luggage a lot due to that.

I asked them to keep some of my luggage at the front office for my entire stay. I even had them help me receive and temporarily keep the tool I ordered online because I need the tool so badly. Even after checking out, because I still have some things to take care of in Semarang, they took care of all of my luggage until it was time for my bus. All of this help was given with the brightest and most sincere smile. I still feel bad for hassling them a lot but the smile makes me think they're genuinely good people who wants to help me😭

I am looking for an affordable budget hotel only for a short vacation after a full week of busy working. And I got a room at Radja Art & Boutique Hotel at a price of 250 thousand. ||With that price, I get a room that is not too large. Studio type rooms are perfect for a short vacation and rest. The mattress is quite comfortable, the pillow is the same. ||Air Conditioner works very well. Room cleanliness is quite good, it's just that there are a few stains at some points in the sheets. For me not a problem, but whether for other guests. The rest is fine. ||This room is equipped with a television whose channels are not very good in terms of signal capture. Although there are several channels from abroad, but the appearance is not clear. For guests who just want to lie down on the bed while enjoying TV shows might be a bit of a problem. ||The bathroom is quite clean and the exhaust fan works well. So the bathroom stays dry after a while left. The rooms at Radja look so fresh with a variety of contemporary art ornaments. Especially in the lobby and hallways of each floor. So there is no gloomy impression. ||The restaurant is also quite roomy, and the food isn't bad at all. For the price of 250 thousand rupiah, what I get is well worth it. Stayed in their studio room for 3 nights. For the price, this is the best hotel I've ever experience. And i've been to plenty, trust me. And the plus point of this hotel (that is very important to me everytime I stayed in a hotel) are: Staff : Friendly, Polite and Helpful Cleanliness : Very clean, but, do not expect to get an immaculate sparkling white linens for the price, just because they're not sparkly white doesnt mean they're not clean or they're not washed thoroughly. Bed : Super comfy, comforter and pillow are comfortable too AC : Works greaaaatt TV : Channels are limited. But still kinda a lot for me, around 30 channels. Shower : Nice and strong showerhead (super important for my long hair) Hot water works great. Amenities: 2 slippers, coffee&tea maker, Laundry bag, 2 toothbrush kit, 1 shower cap, 1 small bottle of hair&body wash, 1 sanitary bag Space : I booked a studio so the space is very limited aka very small.
