First let me say, we initially stayed in the best suite at the Abbasi Hotel, which is the most expensive and luxurious hotel in Isfahan but it doesn't even hold a candle to Ghasr Monshi Hotel. Ghasr Monshi is a gem in Isfahan. First lets talk about location. Its a traditional hotel located in a small neighborhood which is walking distance from major attractions. The staff is probably one of the most significant reasons why we will definitely go back there anytime we visit Isfahan, The manager was raised in New York and runs the hotel with the American moto of "The customer is always right". I truly felt at home. Mr. Zahrani, Mr. Baharloo and Mr. Pourvali along with the front desk lady and the young gentleman who works in the yard were all phenomenal hosts. The yard area was cozy with pleasant music and an ancient feel to it. If you ever sit and chill in the yard, don't forget to order their famous dish called "Aash", very tasty. I think its available everyday during the evenings. People from all over some just for that dish. The suite we stayed in was large and even had a water fountain but its best to see the photos to get a real sense of it. Last but definitely not least was the food. It was exquisite. I would say it's better than 90% of major restaurants in Isfahan and that says alot since most hotels don't offer great food. We stopped going out to eat after trying it for the first time. I've added a few pix from the food as well.. Overall, I'd say if you're in Isfahan, don't look anywhere else. if you like the ancient atmosphere, excellent hospitality and phenomenal food, look no further than Ghasr Monshi. We are going back in a few months ourselves.

Really enjoyed staying at Ghasr Monshi hotel. It was our best stay in Iran. The location is great. The hotel is near the bazaar and ten minutes from the main Esfahan square. The room was wonderful: neat, clean, spacious with comfortable bathroom. The hotel territory is a peaceful and charming place. The breakfast is served in a beautiful building of 200 years old with marvellous stained-glass window. It was a real delight to be served a great breakfast instead of usual hotel buffet. The food is tasty, fresh and various. Recommend to everyone to have dinner — we’ve liked it more than in famous Isfahan restaurant — Shahrzad. WiFi was perfect — for Iran it's quite unusual. Really appreciated and admired the staff’s work — they were friendly, lovely and very helpful. It was a great pleasure to stay there. Hope to come back.

I stayed in the Espinas Palace and Persian Plaza in Tehran, but this gem of a boutique hotel outdid them all. Some of the rooms are small, but the bathroom has a very accomodating custom tile shower. The courtyard is enchanting with a waterfall and outdoor/indoor seating traditional restaurant that is a must-try. Even the elevator is the most Persian thing you can experience on your travel (you have to see it to believe it). The reception desk and hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful with local tips. The location of this hotel is the best possible within a walk of Naqsh'e Jahan through the Bazaar of Esfehan. It is also located near an ancient Zoorkhane. The best part of this hotel is that it is historical from the Safavieh era through to the Qajar era.

Ghasr Monshi is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The beautifully renovated historical building is located in a calm back alley about 5 minutes walking from the main square of Isfahan and right next to the bazaar. The hotel rooms are situated in the basement along the inner atrium, which provides enough light to the interior. Thanks to the thick walls the rooms are really calm. The room was well equipped, spacious and clean. I appreciate especially that there is no TV in the rooms, which I consider to be inappropriate in a hotel like this. The staff is very kind and helpful and speaks perfect English. The breakfast is served in a marvelous historical dining room. The food was excellent and various. I assume the renovation of the building has not been completed yet and a rooftop terrace with an unusual view of the city is likely to arise as well as the renewal of the historical mirror room. Therefore some minor details may be fixed. The pillows were a bit thick and too flexible, but that may be just my opinion. Later, I was told by the staff that there are other pillows available if needed, but I did not know it in advance. Overall it was a pleasure to stay there. I can truly recommend this place. * qasr manshiun hu 'ahad 'afdal alfanadiq alty 'aqimat fiha ealaa al'iitlaq. yaqae almabnaa alttarikhia aldhy tama tajdiduh bishakl jamil fi ziqaq khalafiin hadi ealaa bued hwaly 5 daqayiq syrana ealaa al'aqdam min almidan alrayiysii fi 'asfahan wabijiwar albazar mbashrtan. taqae ghuraf alfunduq fi alttabiq alsuflii bimuhadhat alradhat alddakhiliat , walati tuafir 'iida'atan kafiatan lilddakhil. bifadl aljudran alsamikat , alghuraf hadiat hqana. kanat alghurfat mujahazatan jayidaan wawasieatan wanazifa. aqdr bishakl khasin edm wujud tilfizyun fi alghuraf , wahu ma 'aetabiruh ghyr munasib fi funduq mithl hdha. fariq aleamal latif wamufid lilghayat wayatahadath al'iinjliziat bitalaqa. ytmu taqdim al'iiftar fi ghurfat taeam tarikhiat rayieatin. kan altaeam mmtazana wmtnweana. Spontaneous trip with my dad to isfahan and honestly the hotel made my trip so enjoyable. The staff were extremely accommodating as I made my booking a day before arriving (originally wanted to book the Abbasi hotel but so very glad i didn't as i spoken to rudely whilst trying to make reservations), I was welcomed by the ghasre monshi staff with a refreshing drink, showed around the hotel and all the amenities and services were fully explained, I tried a few different massages(deep tissue, Swedish and hot stone) and Nagmeh my masseuse was so friendly and honestly the best masseuse I've ever had in Iran and I've had quite a few in the last few years, I also met a local tourist guide in a mosque whilst sightseeing who offered to take me to a few places as I had limited time in isfahan and was determined to see it all but was worried for my safety as it was late at night and I was going to be taken in his personal car so I shared my location via WhatsApp with the receptionist Omid who checked in with me every hour and followed my every move till I made it back safely to the hotel (Disclaimer: I wouldn't recommend tourists getting into a car with someone you don't know in Iran, I did take a big risk but thankfully it worked out for me) the room was clean and decorated beautifully with mirrors everywhere, good pressured shower and mini fridge stocked with tasty treats and comfortable bed they also provided laundry services and i got a few things cleaned and steamed, the courtyard is very scenic and great to take a few holiday snaps and they had a wide variety of choices in regards to food and drink I would recommend the saffron sharbat drink 😋 everything was reasonably priced and served quickly by the friendly staff, overall I would definitely recommend this place and although I have seen everything to see in isfahan I would like to come back with my mum next time so she can experience this exquisite hotel and I can enjoy this beautiful hotel yet again, will definitely be back and next time will try the hammom services they provide!! Honestly the best service I've received in Iran. Thank you for a lovely stay (stayed...

Ghasre Monshi Hotel is a mesmerizing oasis where history comes to life, offering an unforgettable experience in the heart of Iran's cultural capital, Isfahan. From the moment my wife and I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the exceptional staff.

The rooms at Ghasre Monshi Hotel are a unique blend of historical charm and modern comfort. The intricate architecture and traditional decor transported me back in time, allowing me to live and breathe the rich history of Isfahan. The attention to detail in every corner of the room was commendable, creating an ambiance reminiscent of staying in a living museum. One of the highlights of my stay was spending leisurely hours wandering around the hotel, soaking in its captivating beauty.

The dining experience at Ghasre Monshi Hotel was an absolute delight. The food was a celebration of Persian flavors, expertly prepared and presented with care.

Moreover, Ghasre Monshi Hotel's strategic location was an added advantage for history enthusiasts. Being just a few minutes' walk away from the Naqshe Jahan Square, the grand bazaar, and other significant historical sites, made exploring Isfahan's treasures a seamless and enriching experience. The hotel's proximity to these iconic landmarks allowed us to make the most of my time, delving deeper into the city's fascinating history.

Our five-night stay at Ghasre Monshi Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and helpfulness, the captivating rooms that embody history, the museum-like ambiance, the delectable cuisine, and the convenient access to Isfahan's historical sites all contributed to an experience that will forever be etched in my memory. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Ghasre Monshi Hotel to anyone seeking a magical journey through time in the...
