DON’T EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! I came to Isfahan, my birth city, after 5 years from the US and we went to this place since we’ve heard a lot of good things about this place but the reality was so different!
Poor service, awful and disgusting food, small portions, THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and the attitude of management above all!
After the staff poorly serviced the food (literally left everything on our table without organizing and anything! We had to organize the plates and drinks ourselves!), we started eating and right out of the bat we realized how bad was the quality of the food!!!! The food was smelly and served in small portions, couldn’t eat the kebab since it was like plastic! After we made a complaint about the food to management, not even the guy didn’t provided any solutions, apologized or refunded us but they rudely took all of our money and throw us away!!
We paid in full price and left there with our food untouched... I really DON’T RECOMMEND this place, there are many other...
