I spent two days at this hotel, and my experience was a mixed bag of satisfaction and disappointment. On the one hand, I appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly, but unfortunately, their management system for handling pets was lacking. Despite being pet-friendly, the staff would often comment or stop us when we walked by the reception area with our dog, telling us to either lock our dog in the room or leave. This didn't make sense, especially since our dog was well-trained and never caused any issues. To make matters worse, the staff would sometimes claim that other customers had complained about our dog, which seemed unfair considering we were paying customers too. The rooms were spacious but poorly maintained and dirty. The bathroom was leaking water, and when I reported the issue, the staff promised to fix it within an hour, but it took longer and wasn't done properly. On the positive side, the receptions Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. However, the hotel was overpriced and not well-maintained. I was disappointed with the reception service during my stay. The staff were inattentive and unhelpful, making check-in and check-out unnecessarily long and frustrating. There was a lack of professionalism and hospitality. This hotel needs better trained and more courteous front desk team. The reception was rude and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the money.
