Noble Hotel — Hotel in Ankawa Subdistrict

I arrived in the hotel at 5 in the morning and the check in was fast so we could get to the rooms. This was appreciated as we had flown overnight and needed some sleep. The staff were very helpful. However at check in the night porter needs to give the wi fi password - maybe print it in and put it into the bedrooms to save guests going back to lobby to get it. ||||We went down to the breakfast area 15 mins before the end of breakfast advertised time. There was no one there and in actual fact someone from the gym area went off to get us the chef. The chef did come and he cooked omelettes and we were happy. Choice of food was okay but the buffet looked tired. Also for a 5 star hotel we would expect proper coffee to be available and there was none. The staff could not have been more helpful but I would have expected a better standard of breakfast if claiming 5 star levels. ||Rooms are clean and well kept. Must have been some painting going on as some of the public areas had tools and cloths lying around but no workmen. Suggest to ensure workmen clear away their tools if not going to be working. One of the best hotels that i visited in Erbil. Daily room service , very friendly and helpful staff, security at the door, open buffet breakfast every morning. Free turkish bath, small and nice warm swimming pool, and a little basic gym. The hotel offers a professional massage service for a reasonable price. Rooms are clean always, with intercom to communicate internally between rooms and to ask for services. Nice big lobby in the ground floor with a bar and a barber shop. The hotel is about 10 mins away from the castle. There's a nice quite park nearby (Ankawa) if you wanted to take a walk it would take abt 10 mins. There's a KFC branch 10 mins away by foot.
