This place is a complete joke. I confirmed twice — yes, twice — that they would be showing the EURO Final, and they confidently said yes. I rearranged my whole evening, made sure to arrive on time, and walked in expecting the biggest match of the year.
What did I get instead? Nothing. No match, no screen, no apology — not even the basic courtesy of acknowledging the mess-up. Just blank stares and zero accountability.
It’s painfully obvious that this place has no understanding of business culture, customer service, or basic professionalism. They operate like amateurs who have no idea what running a business means. Making false promises and misleading customers seems to be just fine with them.
