When I was looking at accommodation prior to my trip, it was quite difficult to find somewhere to stay that fit my budget as Amalfi coast is quite an expensive area. Hotels were beginning to be out of the question due to the expensive costs so I decided to stay in an apartment/B&B which was cheaper. This was located in a small town called; Bomerano, very close to the bus station, perhaps less than 10 minutes, maybe around 5 min, there was also a local tour company on the way to the bus stop which was useful as I also booked a day trip to Capri from there.||Upon arrival, they don't really have a reception, instead, I had to ring the owner to let him know I was outside. It didn't take that long, but once I got inside, I was given a choice which room I wanted to stay. Room was nice, clean, modern and lots of light coming into the room. Breakfast was included but it was at their sister restaurant called 'L'Angolo dei Sapori' which was a few minutes walk in town. I decided to try out the breakfast and it was very quiet as I was the only one! but they will make you whatever you request. I had an omelette and they give you some toast/bread, drinks etc. If you don't want breakfast, there was also some cafes in the main square if you fancy buying a pastry to go while you wait for the bus to save time eating in for breakfast. All amenities was in working order, but just a small minor, I remember every time when I had a shower, the bathroom floor would get very wet even if I closed the shower door but that wasn't bad enough to still consider staying here.||So the accommodation was really good, but I admit, it was a bit further out as you have to take a bus to Amalfi first, then another bus to Positano and beyond. Each bus took about 40/45 min and word of warning if you get travel sickness easily, the roads are very bendy and winding! On the positive side, location is very useful if you plan to hike the path of the gods trail as it is very near the trailhead.||Overall, if you want somewhere quiet and cheap to head home after a long day, I recommend here, but if you have bad travel sickness on buses and want to be closer to the main attractions of amalfi and positano, this may not be...

Pristine clean and spacious room & bathroom, tucked away in an alley with a country vibe yet super close to the main plaza and the path of the gods hiking trail. Breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe down the street. Best place to start exploring the amalfi coast....
