we were put in a rather cramped triple room, without a kitchen or bath ( with shower.)

although I expected numbers like in the photo. but they thought that this was enough for us.

the room was old and dirty in places. with dirty walls, a crooked mirror, a ceiling with stains and a terribly dirty old hairdryer, which was disgusting to touch; hairdryer on a cord to prevent it from falling apart.

check-out is at 11:00, but at 10:00 the cleaning ladies were already knocking on our door and were surprised that we were still angry.

What disappointed me the most was the breakfast.

They warned that breakfast is from 6:00 to 10:00. we arrived at 9:00. half of the dishes were eaten, many of the food bowls were empty or with leftover food. I was surprised and expected that they would be filled, as usually happens in other hotels.

Then the administrator appeared in the hall, she adjusted the lids on the empty bottles and left. instead of disposing of them, they would fill them.

I still don’t understand why we paid for a full breakfast if we ate the leftovers, but didn’t get many dishes at all?

Also, during our stay, the lights in the hotel went out completely for several periods. WAFFI didn't work.

In general, the second time I would stay in another hotel.

instead of three stars 2. due to the lack of a “full” breakfast, which we paid in full.

What a treat! I stayed here for 10 days while working at Aviano AB. From check in to check out it was a positive experience. There are 5 or 6 staff people working throughout the day. They always greet you coming, going, and whenever they see you. They are willing to help you find anything you need in the community. They are genuinely concerned that you enjoy your experience in Italy, Aviano, and their hotel. As a lone traveler, it can feel very alone, especially with a language barrier. Every employee felt like friends by the time I checked out. The area around Aviano provides more opportunities than many believe. There are great sightseeing places within an hour drive and even more within 2 hours. The back drop of the Dolomites in the morning was something I really enjoyed. The city is safe and inviting wherever you go. The breakfast was phenomenal every day. And they left many snacks and items out throughout the day for you to enjoy. Each room has a studio kitchen with utensils. And the win was an ice machine in the lobby…in Europe! I want to say they cater to Americans because of the Air Base, but I really believe they cater to all their guests. I...

I stayed here for 21 days as part of my TLQ while house hunting near by. I am a contractor from the USA and this was where I was placed. I enjoyed everything about being here. The staff are kind and speak good English. The daily breakfast is buffet style is included in the price of your nightly bill. They have an open use grill in the back I used often. They have a small bar and lunch area adjacent of the front desk for coffee, sandwiches, tea, desserts and wine. I only wish my room had a kitchen and larger fridge. That was the one hard part I fought with during my stay not being able to store or cook much. The fridge was small and no in room mircowave. Each floor does have one however. Rooms are well controlled for temp, nice windows, nice bathrooms. Maid service keeps rooms spotless and clean as well every day. The lounge area on ground floor is nice to chill out and relax, watch tv etc. Having a nice well known authentic restaurant next door was also very convenient of course for a brand new person in town like I was.
