This is an excellent family run Alpine hotel. It is situated on a promontory above the Val d’Ayaz providing a very impressive view of the Monte Rosa Massif as well as the valley stretching up to Champaluc and St Jaques. It’s elevated position means it gets sun from breakfast to dinner making it a wonderful place to be.||||The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious, we had a good shower which was very welcome after a day out on the trails. We have also stayed here during the winter ski season where a ski bus passes the door of the hotel making it very convenient for accessing the slopes.||||Food is another highlight – a generous breakfast buffet at the start of the day is topped by excellent home cooking with generous portions at the end of the day.||||The dining room looks out over the valley and Monte Rosa and a cosy and comfortable sitting room is a good place to plan the following days activities with the view over the valley and mountains providing inspiration.||||So, good food, clean and comfortable living, friendly and efficient service all topped off by extremely good value for money. This is definitely become one of our favourite...

I do travelling for a living and stayed in a copious amount of 5 stars hotels yet none of them beats the atmosphere and warmth of this place. It's run by a family led by Stefano as our main host, a man with good sense of humor, a homily hospitality attitude and a "Yes" answer for anything we asked. Definitely recommend this place, it's cozy, very clean has a pleasant and warm vibe about it, it's peaceful and i felt like home...

Rooms are spacious and cosy, serviced daily, hot water always, such a warm welcome each and every day. Food was home-made and delicious. Stefano rung the bell promptly at 7:30pm each night for dinner decked in his suit and bow-tie. Ready to say "yes" to our every need. Can't wait to visit again in the...
