Rooms are exactly as pictured. The property is very well maintained, everything at the lobby is of tip-top condition. Even the public toilet at the basement was spick and span!!
Considering how value-for-money the rooms were, I give this facility 5 stars for the fact that it as surprised me at all levels and definitely surpass my expectation for a hotel that only cost me USD110 to book (I only book few hours before checking in!)
The hotel room comes with hairdryer, small kitchen (surcharge of €39 should u decide to utilize it), very spacious fridge that kept my drinks chilled very well, large balcony .
I booked the Rose room for 1 pax but got a double bed instead of two twin beds. Appreciate that!
Check in staff speaks German Italian and English! One thing to highlight is that they do charge a tourist tax of €1.50 . It’s no big deal but I thought it would be nice to highlight to guests at booking or check in about this tax one is required to pay. As I have thought all taxes were included in my booking made via Expedia, I’m surprised by this at check out.
Breakfast was perfect! Scrambled eggs were emptied when I came by but the kitchen staff got it replenished really quickly. Some hotels stop replenishing the buffet when it’s closing the end of breakfast hours but the kitchen here did a brilliant job at making sure one gets what he/she deserves anytime during buffet hours.
The buffet restaurant was also kept really clean.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Easily one of the best hotel I’ve stayed In...
Read moreThis hotel was not fancy but it was quite nice and was clean. The rooms were a reasonable size with a balcony. It didn't appear to have a lounge area. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is also an outdoor pool. We had dinner and breakfast included and it was a very nice breakfast. Dinner was served at a different hotel just a few minutes walk away called The City Hotel I think. The dinner was really beautiful food and also looked very attractive. |The hotel is just a few steps from the river and a couple of blocks to the cafes and shops. |I would recommend it as a good place to stay at a...
Read moreConsigliatissimo. A due passi dal centro di Merano! Hotel quasi nuovo, camere dotate di tutti i comfort, molto pulite. Animali ammessi. Personale molto attento e gentile.
