Worst stay I ever had. The only positive aspect I can mention is the location of the appartment. But since this does not reflect the quality and comfort of the appartment itself, I did not reflect this in my rating.
It is true that the appartment is close to the city centre, so you dont really have to rely on public transport, but the street is dirty, full of trash, smelly. Disgusting. Also very loud, with loud neighbours.
We booked this appartment only because of its kitchen, which was really nice, cute and clean. Only problem was that it was forbidden to use, only to make coffe or tea. Well, I would not call that a kitchen...Sooo all our plans about what we will eat were ruined.
The room was a complete nightmare. a) it was so small, that 2 person could barely fit comfortly (a 2 person bed, just a tiny little closet for 4-5 shirts, a very little table with 2 chairs and the room was completely full) b) it had no windows only a french-type balcony that opened to the staircase/courtyard (so you heard EVERYTHING - so you can not really use it) c) High level of humidity, dirty walls (really dirty) d) I'm not sure if the sheets and all the bedding were properly cleaned and washed, they had a neutral smell, but hair and dirt patches on the sheets were visible. e) We got 1 face towel, 1 hand and 1 bath towel for 4 days. Since there is no daily cleaning (as everywhere else i've been before) the towels we had got very humid and used at the end of our staying. Not so hygenic... f) Maybe the only good thing in the room that made me give a rate 1 was the air conditioner - it was the onyl thing that could freshen up the humid and warm air in the room. But then I looked inside the machine to check if it is cleaned properly, and i saw what you can see on the pictures. That is probably mold and bacteria. Pure health blown into your face.
The bathroom was also full with mold, it is not cleared properly. The douche cabin is the smallest on the world I think, you can barely fit in it. If you are taller person with a larger body, it will be impossible to take a bath. It is absolutely disgusting when your body toches the moldy walls and the cabin.
And lastly, it is completely impossible to rest and sleep calmly in the rooms. You can basically hear everything just as from the street as from the other rooms. During our stay the tennants of the other rooms had absolutely no respect, shouting yelling and slapping the doors all over night and in the morning. Many of them left their foid leftovers in the fridge after leaving.
I defenitely not recommend it. It is small, dark, humid, moldy.
I do not think, that lower price means absolutle lack of BASIC hygiene, cleaning, daily bedding (at least after 3 days, c'mon). We are veteran bookers, but this one was a complete disaster. And 16 euro without any payment document or any...
Read moreI normally wouldn’t leave a bad review, but the owner is sending me messages via booking and accusing me. We arrived around midnight (as we said we would when booking the place), then someone from the staff knocked on the main door constantly and said we should only take one key (only the room key) from the bunch of keys. We did that and I in the morning another person tried to get in our room, because he found the rest of the keys outside, so he thought we already left. When checking out, we left the tax money on the table in the room as requested. Now the owner says we created chaos with the keys and didn’t leave the money. Also, the sheets and towels were disgusting. Don’t...
Read moreThe location is central. There was good communication with the owner, a decent guy. The room was okay, had a private bathroom, and shared kitchen. The price was fair. The building is old, so it doesn't have a lift but a maze of stairs to reach the top floors. The internal structure of the building is quite peculiar and interesting. I had never seen anything like that before. I suffered the lack of hooks on the walls of the room. The two in the bathroom were quite useless. Also, there were missing plugs, and you had to choose if to use the lamp or...
