I have stayed in many many resorts before and I can honestly say that Cala Grande is one of my favourites. Daniela that works at the front desk cannot do enough for you, she will be available 24/7 if you need assistance. The apartments are amazing some have a cooker outside and some don't (I have stayed in 2 different ones throughout the years😁). The cleanliness of the apartment is incredible, you are provided with water which is left in the fridge for you, hair dryer, TV, air con and even FREE bicycles! There's a pool which is so cute as it is in the resort and it's small so if you are there with your partner it can be very cosy. There are a couple of stray cats which the staff look after with food and shelter and as an animal lover it is WONDERFUL to see. Yes, the cats roam around but they are harmless. The room interiors look like psych ward rooms. The mattress was too firm and so were the pillows. They have this goofy ahh pool that looked mad dirty when we arrived. The key card has a metal ring thing connecting the two and there was a piece of metal sticking out; I accidentally poked myself and started bleeding when trying to unlock my door. If you’re a cat person, I highly do not recommend it here. They don’t let you feed the hungry and disheveled felines, nor do they let you bring them into your room. A very good choice for short or medium term stay. It is a mini resort with several stand alone flats and common yard. Very clean 1 room apart, well equipped kitchen, free parking, own terrace, self check-in Excellent and prompt communication with the owner, great flexibility: earlier check-in possible; two bottles of water as gift.
