Meublé Leonetti — Hotel in Centola

We are getting ready to leave this very nice bed and breakfast set in the heart of Palinuro Italy, just a short drive from the Mediterranean Sea. The location is perfect for shopping in the small shops located all around this area. We traveled with friends who are Italian from the Rome area and set this visit up for all of us. On arrival, met by one of the owners Nicola, who helped get our bags in the B&B. They are very friendly and do speak some English. The parking is away from the hotel due to being very narrow streets and close at night for high pedestrian traffic. They have a parking area away from where the rooms are. The view from balcony to the sea is perfect. The rooms are spacious and each has its own shower, toilet and bidet. The rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast consists of sweet breads, cakes, toast, yogurt and fruit. It is all very fresh and very good. There is a key code to get in the front door and they have free wi-fi for their customers. They also have a yogurt shop next door that has a great selection and tastes wonderful! Our Italian friends also say it is one of the better places to stay and we all agree that if we came back to the area, we would stay here again. There are lots of things to do and see in Palinuro Italy!!...

Meublé Leonetti offers a nice sized modern room with a comfortable bed. There is a small fridge in the room, bathroom and showers were perfect. The room has a large balcony with seating that provides a view on mountains and sea. It is conveniently located on the main road in Palinuro (closed to traffic in the evenings) all shops, cafes, gelaterias and restaurants are steps away and is nice and lively in the evening. Access to the beach is 10 minute walk down hill. The picturesque port is a twenty minute walk. A continental breakfast (espresso available) is available with both indoor and garden seating. The place is managed by two brothers. Be sure to connect with them to organize your arrival, one of them will need to be onsite let you in. The host at this B&B was very accommodating, sorting parking before our arrival when the town was closed for the local carnival. He also provided a helpful guide to the area. The room was recently renovated with a large balcony with views over the town to the sea. The bathroom was modern with a large shower and the room comfortable. Breakfast included meats and cheeses plus an excellent homemade orange cake - despite us being the only guests...
