Hotel Miramonti — Hotel in Claviere

I have just returned from a week at the hotel with a school group of 40 students and 5 staff. |To say Fulvia and her team looked after us all from start to finish would not be enough. |The rooms were clean and tidy on arrival, as well as freshened up every day by Angelica, Renatta and Natalia. |Breakfast, lunch and dinner was served with a smile each day and was always something different. The ravioli and carbonara were both amazing! The team were able to serve all 45 of us in and out in less than an hour which was perfect timing before and between ski lessons.|The hotel is a short walk from the ski school with a boot room big enough for us to store our equipment and get ready each day without being in the way of other hotel guests. |Showered were hot. The hotel lovely and warm. The social space great allowing us to halos group activities after a full day of skiing. ||What made this hotel so wonderful was Fulvia and the staff. Fulvia is kind, attentive, spends time with each of the guests and taught us all little bits of Italian along the way. The ladies who work there had conversations with the students, teaching them bits of Italian and Spanish, helping them with little queries and making the whole time easy. ||We will be back to the hotel with a new school group in the future. I also hope to visit on a personal level with my own family....

Upon our arrival we discovered there had been to say the least a hiccup with our reservation through Booking.Com. The hotel was closed for the Christmas break. After telephone conversations with Fulvia, the hotelier and Booking.Com our reservation was honoured. When Fulvia realised the situation she came straight to the hotel and opened up the hotel for us, we were the only four guest for 4 nights of our 7 night stay. Fulvia and the staff made our holiday experience very welcoming, Fulvia is full of heart and care, 5 star hotels are great but to be cared for by Fulvia was second to none. The food was traditional Italian food and of good quality. Our shower head was faulty and it was replaced when we reported it. Ski and boot room is sufficient for its purpose. The location is extremely convenient for the chairlifts, ski hire...

I have recently returned from a weeks stay at Hotel Miramonti, along with 4 other staff and 40 students as part of our Ski Trip. The hotel is in the perfect location in the wonderful village of Claviere. |The amazing Fulvia and her wonderful team ensured every aspect of our stay at the hotel was fulfilled and all of our needs met. |The food was very tasty and perfect for charging up the ski batteries! |The rooms were exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable, lovely hot showers and each room was freshened up each day. |I have already started conversations with our ski company to try and ensure we return to Fulvia's brilliant hotel when we head back to the slopes.
