Hotel Melchiori — Hotel in Comunità della Paganella

Take a seat and maybe some popcorn....this is going to be a long review! Just to make it easier, let's start saying that this hotel should deserve 6 stars! I cannot compare it with the other hotels around because I've never been there buy I can tell you that here you will find a beautiful and lovely cosy place, all cladded in wood with a huge amount of details, plus vibrant colours in between. Just at the entrance (which is at the lower level), you feel very, very welcome. The rooms are big enough to move around easily. They are very warm, but what I loved most was the views. My room was facing the centre so I could see the church tower, which was beautifully illuminated. Exactly on the opposite end of the corridor was the room of some other people in my group, and they had a beautiful view facing the mountains. I could spend right there hours just watching that picture! The restaurant room is again with lots of details, paintings and photos. Most of the tables were occupied, however, even during the dinner it wasn't too noisy. What I really enjoyed here was the buffet with plenty of veg and their focaccia, which was realllly good! Even in the morning, the same area was offering plenty of cakes, yoghurt, croissants, and so on. Even eggs and bacon. I think I tried something different every morning. One thing that I deeply appreciate was the kindness of all the personal in any moment of the day. Since the breakfast until the after dinner when I was getting back to the bar asking for some warm water for my kids, everyone was always there with a smile on their face, ready to help. They made me feel really like part of the family... not just a customer. And there's still more. There's a very relaxing area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage, steam baths and probably more. It's a beautiful space with glass panels beside the swimming pool facing the mountains. Really nice. The pool is not huge, so it could get a bit crowded, but there is so much to do that you will always have a choice. Then, what about kids? Well, they have their own couple of guys who every day organise activities for the kids and every night play baby dance and games to keep them entertained. And my kids (with ages from 1 and half to 9 years) all loved that. At the very beginning, I thought this could be a bit overwhelming, but that's the grown-up point of view. In the eyes of a 8/9 years old kids, this was the best way to meet new friends and have fun! Thank you so much, guys, for all the energy that you put in this. And to conclude, the location. 10 minutes walking to the ski area, 5 minutes to the bus, basically in the centre and with the mountains right at the back, separated only by the valley...it sounds like unbelievable but it's true. The first evening we arrived there was a wonderful sunset with every colour from yellow to pink just between the mountains in a perfect view from the hotel car park. I took it as a good sign and it really was. Hotel Melchiori is perfect for a relaxing holiday between the Dolomites. Both for families and couples. I'm looking forward to spending some time...

Hotel molto confortevole, completamente rinnovato e con tutti confort. |Camere comode, bagni con tutto ciò che necessitava e personale addetto alle camere veramente solerte nel sistemarle ogni mattino.|Trovandosi in posizione più elevata degli altri hotel, offre tra l'altro un panorama davvero eccezionale e vicinissimo è disponibile un supermercato con di tutto un po'.|Molto efficienti i ragazzi che si occupavano dell'animazione: ogni giorno venivano organizzate passeggiate o visite organizzate anche con pullman, che permettevano di trascorrere la mattinata sempre in modo diverso; la sera inoltre era possibile partecipare a giochi, balli ed una volta la settimana veniva persino dedicata alla tombola. I due ragazzi erano davvero carini; intrattenevano e facevano partecipare ad ogni attività in modo adeguato anche i bambini.|La cucina era abbastanza varia e di buona fattura, quindi complimenti anche al cuoco ed ai ragazzi che servivano in sala, in particolare dobbiamo parlare di Isaia che si occupava tra gli altri anche del nostro tavolo; era molto capace, professionale e disponibile a soddisfare se possibile ogni eventuale richiesta.|I proprietari erano molto socievoli e pronti a cercare di risolvere in modo celere quanto richiesto dai clienti.|Hotel ovviamente da consigliare.|Gaudenzia Spadotto di Milano (moglie di...

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in compagnia di amici in questo splendido Hotel dal 2 al 6 gennaio 2022. L'hotel si trova praticamente al centro di Andalo, la struttura sembra appena ristrutturata. Pulizia dell'ambiente eccellente come delle camere che risultano molto spaziose. Passando al cibo, colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata, per quanto concerne la cena spesso abbiamo chiesto il bis su alcuni piatti sempre ottimi. Disponibile un centro benessere con piscina idromassaggio sauna secca ed umida. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, per non parlare dei proprietari che gestiscono direttamente la struttura i due fratelli Camillo e Narciso sempre pronti a dare spiegazioni sul funzionamento dei vari servizi interni sia informazioni generali. Disponibile anche un parcheggio fronte Hotel scoperto sia una rimessa al coperto. Veniamo ora al pezzo forte dell'Hotel e cioè l'animazione. Andrea assieme alla ragazza che mi scuserà ma non ricordo il nome, ci hanno fatto proprio divertire, Andrea un tipo simpatico mai invadente ha fatto divertire durante il dopo cena una bella schiera di bambini ed ha convolto anche noi più grandicelli. Concludendo è stata una bella esperienza che consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare con la famiglia ad Andalo sia in inverno che in estate. Rapporto qualità...
