Unfortunately, my review is not good even though the apartment was fine

The apartment is fine. Not stunning but useful and comfortable and well located. The problem is that the owners decided to fraudulently take 150 euros from us at the checkout

We stayed in the apartment for four days. When we left, I worked for two hours to clean the kitchen. I worked very hard but it was very clean. Much to my surprise, I was charged 150 euros. I asked why, I got two reasons. 1: We left products in the fridge. Yes. it's true. We left a number of products, but only high-quality ones in closed packaging, for the next guests. That's how it is with us. I think it's beautiful and true. I don't want to throw away good new products just because I don't have room in my suitcase. Why is there a fine for this??? If you don't want it, throw it in the trash It is a very ugly lie to say that it was not clean. 2: blood stain on the mattress. From the inquiry I made, my girl got her period. It came as a surprise to her. What am I supposed to do??? We didn't even know the mattress was dirty.

Don't come to this place. unpleasant service, without a smile and in an unpleasant atmosphere, they also charged us money for no good reason

Livigno is a beautiful and recommended place. Few ski tracks but enough for beginners

לצערי, הביקורת שלי לא טובה למרות שהדירה הייתה בסדר

הדירה בסדר. לא מהמם אבל שימושי ונח וממוקם טוב. הבעייה, שהבעלים החליטו לקחת לנו במרמה 150 יורו בצקאאוט

שהינו בדירה ארבעה ימים. בצאתנו, עבדתי שעתיים כדי לנקות את המטבח. עבדתי מאד קשה אבל היה נקי מאד. להפתעתי הרבה, חוייבתי 150 יורו. שאלתי למה, קיבלתי שתי סיבות. 1: השארנו מוצרים במקרר. השארנו, נכון. רק מוצרים סגורים באריזה עבור האורחים הבאים. אצלנו זה ככה. חושב שזה יפה ונכון. לא רוצה לזרוק לאשפה מוצרים חדשים וטובים רק בגלל שאין לי מקום במזוודה. למה מגיע על זה קנס??? לא רוצים, תזרקו לאשפה 2: כתם דם על המזרן. מבירור שעשיתי, הילדה שלי קיבלה מחזור. זה קרה לה בהפתעה. מה אני אמור לעשות??? אפילו לא ידענו שהמזרן התלכלך.

אל תגיעו למקום הזה. מעבר לשירות לא נחמד, ללא חיוך ובאווירה לא נעימה, גם גבו מאיתנו כסף ללא סיבה ראויה

VERY RUDE HOST. .. TOTALLY UNWELCOMING AFTER ARRIVING FROM A 12h JOURNEY DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO UNPACK THE CAR BEFORE BEING TOLD TO MOVE AWAY FROM SHOP FRONT.... FOLD DOWN BED WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND NEEDED A NEW MATTRESS. DECOR IS VERY DATED AND UNPLEASANT AND DEFINITELY NEEDS REFURBISHING ...KITCHEN MUST BE 30 YEARS OLD ..NO FACILITIES JUST BEDDING AND ONE TOWEL EACH...WE WERE TOLD NUMEROUS TIMES THAT WE HAD TO REMOVE OUR RUBBISH AND TAKE IT TO THE COMMUNAL BIN AREA ..ON OUR LAST DAY RECEIVED SEVERAL MESSAGES ADVISING US TO LEAVE AT 9.00am PROMPT...AFTER SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WE DECIDED TO LEAVE THAT EVENING INSTEAD OF STAYING UNTIL SATURDAY... MY SUGGESTION FIND ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION... OVERPRICED AND NOT...
