Camping Belvedere — Hotel in Lazise

Dopo due tentativi e quattro giorni di attesa non sono riuscito a prenotare un soggiorno. Per avere una prima risposta l'attesa è anche di 24 ore, poi bisogna attendere una seconda conferma che non arriva6. Personale addetto alle prenotazioni maleducato ed arrogante. Queste persone non hanno la minima idea di cosa vogli dire cura del cliente e forse ignorano che ci sono altre strutture e siti web dove prenoti in due click senza mai avere problemi. Ho letto solo dopo che non sono stato l'unico a lamentarsi del servizio. Le recensioni negative sono numerose.

Diese Leute haben keine Ahnung, was Sie über die Kundenbetreuung sagen wollen, und vielleicht ignorieren Sie, dass es andere Einrichtungen und Websites gibt, auf denen Sie mit zwei Klicks buchen können, ohne jemals Probleme zu haben. After two attempts and four days of waiting I could not book a stay. To get an initial response, the wait is also 24 hours, then we have to wait for a second confirmation that does not arrive. Rude and arrogant reservations staff. These people have no idea what you want to say about customer care and perhaps ignore that there are other facilities and websites where you book in two clicks without ever having problems. I read only after I was not the only one to complain about the service. The negative reviews are numerous.

We had stayed on Lake Garda before but this time I wanted to be directly on the water, and we could hardly have been closer with this place. We stayed in a Mobile home Sirmione Lux, which was on the first row from the beach. The views from our patio ( as pictured) were just gorgeous. The accomodation was also brand new, so it was really clean, modern and spacious with a full size fridge freezer. The campsite is very leafy, but apart from where we were situated, we felt the other accomodation and the pitches higher up ( it's on a hill) were a bit squeezed in. The pool area is nice with a lively but pleasant atmosphere and three slides which kept our boys entertained for a couple of hours at a time. The camp shop was well stocked, but fairly pricey. Lovely fresh bread in the morning though. There's a Lidl in Lazise, so we mainly shopped there and that was good value. Caneva World is walking distance, just at the top of the road from the campsite - and that was a great day out. We took a picnic and stayed from 11 - 7. Loads of places to visit in easy distance...Verona is only about half an hour by car. You can also walk or bike to Lazise along the lake path ( walking in about half an hour) and Peschiera is probably about double that in the other direction. One thing I would say is that though we managed with what the mobile home provided, it wasn't the best equipped kitchen...for example just a carving knife, no cheese grater...that kind of thing. But we managed. There WAS a cork screw, crucially! I think it's because the majority of people seem to drive there from the Netherlands and Germany and they bring all that kind of stuff with them. All in all a really nice site with a relaxing,...
