First of all, we would like to highlight the perfect staff – friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. Special greetings to the young gentleman at the reception who was always cheerful and made our stay even more pleasant.

We came from Slovakia. As a young family (my wife, our son, and I), we had a wonderful time here. We truly appreciated the very clean and tidy rooms – maintained in perfect order every single day.

And for those reviews claiming the rooms were dirty – that is simply false and misleading!!! I do not understand why!

The hotel feels cozy and welcoming, and from the very first moment we felt at home. Maybe the only thing I would improve is to add sausages for breakfast, classic Viennese ones or other types. I think everyone would appreciate that, along with proper classic scrambled eggs! Otherwise thanks to the excellent care of the staff and the comfort of the rooms, we really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to...

Actually the hotel never cheap but the the service really bad i didn't enjoyed my stay in the hotel They gave a small room in the attic The roof was italic You can never move around the room easily. There are no slippers in the room And if you don't bring one with you this is a problem because the bathroom does not have a shower cabin the bathroom is overflowing with water And there is no wiper to wipe the bathroom floor from water If you go out of the bathroom to the room, the floor of the room will become wet and therefore the bed as well. And they already knows that i habe a small baby just 4 months And i told them if the can change the room for me because i need small balcony to dry my baby's clothes And they told me there is no other room however there...

In general a quite good accommodation! It is absolutely a perfect solution if you travel with a pet! The hotel is very kind with dogs and you have any problems to carry them with you: it's not so easy in Italy! On the other hands, rooms are a little bit too small (the same for the bathroom) for the type of vacation : when you are on the beach you need a lot of equipment! Anyway... They are clean and the service is enough if you don't have such a special needs! Two things to improve are: 1.the fact that you have to leave the room until 10 a. M. To let the housekeeper tidy up! 2. (a small thing but significant): paying bikes is unfair for what you pay for the entire service, a little too much for...
