Dama Suite — Hotel in Naples

We spent a night at this bed and breakfast in April . I was impressed with the room as it was just one year ago that Daniela and her husband opened it. It was immaculate, modern, a nice new and comfortable bed, very spacious with a nice bathroom and luxurious towels. Daniella herself was there at breakfast to be sure everything went well and to get anything that was requested. The breakfast had a good variety of items including fresh pastries. She even brought me a package of gluten free pastries. The location is right in the middle of Chiaia , a perfect and easy to reach location. Really great location as Chiaia seems to be where the locals lived with a good vibe in the area|- good restaurants and bars close by. Friendly & helpful staff & locals including the lovely gentleman who worked for the local school in the same building as where the hotel was situated & helped us find our driver when the road to the hotel was closed during the school break out. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms with a small kitchen (electric stove top) with very comfortable bed. The breakfast was continental so don’t expect a buffet. Sinceramente non riesco a comprendere le altre recensioni entusiaste, forse sono abituati a pagare tanto per poca qualità perchè non vale assolutamente 150€ a notte. ||Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite che SAREBBE bella e molto spaziosa ma alquanto trascurata: muri sbeccati, polvere ovunque, muffa in bagno, maniglia che ci rimane in mano, divano disordinato e macchiato…non ti da idea nè di pulito nè di cura. ||Francamente per questo prezzo mi aspetto:||- pulizia impeccabile (non capelli nel letto, polvere ovunque e cucina pulita male). Rifanno le camere ogni giorno ma è come se non le facessero, nemmeno a casa mia rifaccio il letto cosi frettolosamente. ||- Wi fi funzionante (non arriva fino alla suite)||||Le fotografie sono state fatte forse a lavori appena fatti, per il prezzo mi aspetto di trovare un ambiente curato, se no spendo 70€ e me la faccio comunque la colazione al bar.
