Nice interior design, it feels like the sun is shining inside with the lights placed like that and with the artificial flowers. The pizza is fantastic, must try. You can see the whole making process too. Here you feel like you are in a factory, if you ask for something the waiter brings it, but they dont really care if you have a good time or not. Seemed like the pizza sells itself, and that's it. I think the online menu adds to that impersonal situation. The waiters dont ask about anything, if you want dessert or limonchello at the end. They just point you to the cassier to pay. We had to wait for the place to open, and we saw that the waiters were eating pizza at the tables, and when they finished they didnt even clean those tables, which was pretty unplesent to see. Also a waiter took the olive oil and the pepper from our table, and gave it to an other table, at that point we were just laughing at it. Because of the pizza it is worth to visit.

Americans beware, this place does not like us. Getting there , we were sat behind the cook line, although there was plenty of seating in the front half(not that big a deal). Asked for a menu and was directed to a QR code on the table. For whatever reason the the code would not open on either of our phones (I use QR codes all the time so it was not operator failure). Finally received a few menus. I decided on a Genovese. The waiter told us that they only served that one in the winter. Again understandable but what came out the waiter mouth was just disgusting. "So it is going to take another hour to decide." Even though we had not even been there 15 minutes. (I did not realize what was said as my lady was the translator and she knew I would not appreciate the disrespectfulness) I digress, I decided to go with the Particolare instead and she ordered a Ritorna a Surriento. The bacon was half raw, and both pies were like chew tires. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Will NEVER go back and going to tell anyone that will listen about my experience there

This is a very popular location and because of it I think the service can be a little bit lacking. There was a little bit of a disconnect from the time that we got seated, to the time that we got served , to the time that we actually got our food. That being said, it’s a really cute restaurant and you have a lot of options for Neapolitan pizza. It was recommended by a hotel and the food did not disappoint. Come hungry and try multiple options there fried pizza seem to be a lot like our calzones in the US so we opted not to choose them however, they’re quite popular. We had four different pizza types. They’re about 10 inches we cut them into four bites to be split into Shareables for three people. We almost finished it all. Was able to take a few back and eat them later. Opted to skip dessert to find a gelato place nearby, but their deserts deserts did look delicious.

We went there with a group of 10 people because of local recommendation. The place looked nice and fresh when you enter, totally instgramable if that's your purpose, but it's not mine. To be honest, the pizza was ok good but really not crazy or Michelin worth good. I took the black Angus carpaccio pizza, the toppings were good and fresh, but the dough too chewy. However the place was too loud, which makes it impossible to talk with people you're sitting with. And once again, there is only a QR code menu, which is already a pain in the A. But this one is next level : blinking background over an infinite scrolling menu impossible to read. It takes you hours to choose anything and I recommend epileptic people not to try to read it. Finally, the service was one of the worst, plate thrown over and waiters not friendly at all or even caring a bit about you.

I kindly ask you to take note of the following feedback. The pizza was satisfactory, although I found it to be slightly underwhelming when compared to other establishments in Naples. I hope you won't interpret my comments in a negative light. I had some difficulty understanding the menu due to the inclusion of additional ingredients on each pizza (3.0). Salads are 5 over 5. Overall, I would give it 4 out of 5 stars, as the staff was insistent on receiving a tip, despite tipping not being obligatory in Italy. While I don't mind leaving extra as a sign of gratitude, which is customary, the way the server insisted, particularly considering we were tourists, was not well-received. Nevertheless, the people of Naples are incredibly warm and hospitable, and this isolated experience at the restaurant will not alter our overall perception of the city.

Maybe it's the best pizza on earth but what happens about the service ?? Guys, take care of your customers please ! No hello, no smile. When a waiter only says : "Green pass" when you arrive without any kindness, you think twice if you really want to eat here ! But Ok, let's try... Someone else take our order and a loooonnng time after we are served. But only half the order, my mother with me had to wait 10 min more. We asked, twice, to know where is her order : "it's coming" they said... Even a simple drink (Coke Zero) took 15min Plates finish, we wait more for a waiter for a desert. But nothing... When we decide to move, the barman ask us if everything was OK. NO, it wasn't OK. Service is a key even if you have the best product
