We booked this hotel through a booking site, a few days before we wished to slightly amend our stay, so being so close to the date I preferred to deal with the hotel itself. After a confirmation from the owner himself, we arrive at the hotel and he denies our emails, we show him the printed version asking for the person who sent them. Himself, he totally makes you think that you are in the wrong place. He suddenly remembered, oh yes that was me but sorry that room is booked I give you another. I am thankful to them to this day and they made my last day in Pompeii much more...
